Title: Salvation of Living Faith

In some countries in South Asia, which were said to be paradises in terms of content, not to mention the loss of life due to earthquakes and tsunamis, the resorts of northern Europe and wealthy families were devastated and many victims lost their ability to kill. A world for them has arisen to give relief, and this denomination has also participated in this, so we also need to gather our sincerity.

1. Need to know your poor neighbor 15~

“If a brother or sister is naked and has no daily bread,” the introduction refers to Christians who believe in Jesus Christ and become one as God's people. Among the victims and victims of this disaster, there will be Christians, but even if they are not, we must cooperate and help as a human being. Those who have lost their family and property, are they not just talking about “naked and shabby” clothes or “shabby” clothes? The “daily ration” means “to live day to day” because there is no food to sustain, so we must share it knowing that we are waiting for relief. Jesus said, “Luke 3:11, whoever has two coats... whoever has something to eat should share.” Knowing their poor situation and working hard to help them is the living salvation of faith.

2. Relief must be practiced 16~

(1) To help prosper 5:34, Luke 7:50). For example, Eli placed his hands on Hana to give birth to a son and said, “Go in peace.” After giving birth to Samuel, it means that Jesus healed a hemorrhagic man and became healthy as he said, “Go in peace.” In other words, it means that prosperity is achieved through God's approval and walk with Him. The relief we cooperate with is to obey God's commands and do it through faith, to give a little help out of a moment of pity, and to give the relief of living faith because the victims cannot recover with words.

(2) Giving a smile to wear them 16 out of 16~ “Make it hot” In the original language, it means “Make a fire by yourself and make it warm”, but victims who need relief cannot solve their problems on their own. “Luke 22:55” Peter could not “heat” himself because it was the same as lighting a fire in the courtyard of the house of the high priest who had redeemed Jesus. And although the text has the same meaning as “put on a robe,” it is the same as the world’s word, “Gongyeombul,” which is of no value at all for comfort like the text, because those who need relief are those who do not have the ability to wear warm clothes on their own. Even though South Asia is a hot region, it is a relief of living faith when we cooperate with what we can wear to comfort us.

(3) Helping people to eat 16a~ “What profit will there be if you do not give them food for their body to be full?” Hurry means to find and eat grass on your own when grazing and raising livestock, but it is impossible without a shepherd. Even this consolation is just empty words. It is not worthy of consolation for you to dress yourself and feed yourself without giving any practical help to the naked and hungry because of lack of ability. Therefore, they are hypocrites because it is not beneficial at all to just talk without providing them with the immediate needs (1 John 3:18). When we pray and give our best, we will become the salvation of living faith.

3. Living faith must be witnessed 17~

“In this way, faith without works is dead in itself.” If we think about it in the context of the text, faith without works of religious salvation is also dead faith. A believer without works cannot be said to have faith. In fact, the problem is not that there are no works, but that the faith itself is dead. If we say that we have had faith, works will surely come out of it. Faith is not just about knowing the Bible intellectually and observing the church's ordinances, but works must be shown based on that belief.

[Conclusion] Paul testified that Jesus said, “It is more blessed to give than to receive” (Acts 20:35), and “Luke 6:38, give, and it will be given to you. I will give you.” The disaster in South Asia should be made into an opportunity to find the living God and meet and receive blessings through the salvation of living faith.
