Title: Self-Ministry (Acts 1:8)

Contents

There is Elder Ki-cheol Son, dean of the College of Life and Environmental Sciences, Konkuk University, who wrote the books [Thank Holy Spirit], [The King's Prayer], and [The Anointing Anointing Healing and Power]. He is currently serving the Holy Spirit and Healing. This man was given the gift of God and was doing the work of the Holy Spirit, and he asked God many times. "God, can't I just do God's work? Can't I resign my current position and focus on the Lord's work? As a scientist, I have a scientific brain, and I continue to study and lecture, and then suddenly change my attitude and do the work of the Holy Spirit. I did."

However, God answered that he should not resign as dean and do God's work as a lay minister and an elder.

However, before Paul was called, he already had a considerable position and authority in society. He said, “How great would that influence be if people with social influence in this age, like Paul, were caught by the Holy Spirit? That the world is going to change, we need more Paul-type ministers.”

That's right. The world can be changed when lay people who can have an influence in the world receive God's grace and power and actively act as God's ministers. Nurturing, training, and building Paul-type Christians is the nurturing and training system our church is doing. This servant wishes for the anointing of the Holy Spirit to flow into the people of the world through our Hankwang Church members.

In order for us Christians to live the life of faith with power and enjoyment, we must have the skills to satisfy ourselves. This is especially true for leaders of faith who must walk even one step ahead of others and lead a life of faith. Without self-satisfaction, you cannot strengthen your faith or enjoy your religious life or ministry. The essential condition for believers and leaders who want to realize their potential to learn is “self ministry”. Before you can do any work for others or for the Lord, you must first fill yourself up through your work.

Self ministry is first and foremost important to understand the nature of the role God has given us.

The first thing we have to do is to constantly understand the essence of our own role, to confirm it, and to hold onto it. It means that you have to realize your identity and purpose in life. Without knowing who I am, I can never become a good minister. If you do not know the essence of the role God has entrusted to you, you will never be able to play a good role.

No one is without a role and no one is without an excuse. The question is whether you understand my role or not.

Our role is to be “witnesses” of Jesus Christ.

For the past two years or more, God has chosen and called us to become a member of Hankwang Church among many churches, so that we can serve Hankwang Church and lead a religious life. What is the providence of God and what is the essence of our role? I wrote and worked hard to find it. We are saints. Among the saints, I wanted to become a saint who discovers the shortcut to spiritual growth. So I went through the process of parenting for 3 months. And we have been conducting the World Vision Disciples University course to discover that our role is not only as a saint, but as a trained disciple of the Lord, a trained soldier of the Lord, and a trained reproductive worker of the Lord, and become a worker who can fulfill that role. And today we have that glorious graduation ceremony. All of this is to be a witness of Jesus Christ.

Second is ability.

The members who have been nurtured and trained over the course of two years believe that there is no one who does not understand the essence of their role. I believe that everyone shares the vision of Hankwang Church and the world vision of Hankwang Church.

The important thing is that we need the ability to perform the roles we understand, realize, and know. He said that the kingdom of God is not in words, but in power. Ability is important.

But where does the power come from? Acts 1:8 says, "You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."

When we look at Jesus, we become like Jesus and become like Jesus. When the Holy Spirit comes upon you, you are like the wind of the Holy Spirit and you have the power of fire. This is an age that requires spiritual agility and spiritual sensitivity, and we need a testimony that comes from experience rather than logical, rational, intellectual communication, teaching, or appeal. The power that is revealed through the anointing of the Holy Spirit is required.

Third is lifespan.

Where does the difference between short-lived and long-lived leaders come from?

Anyone can burn a year. However, I hope that you will become people who can burn brightly for God after 20 years.

It has to be a fire that can burn continuously for 20 years, not one. You must become a fire that burns continuously until the day your life is exhausted, rather than a power that burns for a short time and then goes out. If you do your job well, your lifespan will be longer.

Graduation is just the beginning. From now on, you must be more diligent in your ministry. If you don't do your own ministry, eventually, upon graduation, all your abilities, convictions, and spread will stop, and your lifespan will come to an end.

Those who are good at their ministry are influential. Leaders and leaders who are good at their ministry will have a profound influence. A leader is one who goes beyond just overcoming their own difficulties, and who radiates and fully establishes the reign of God in our lives.” To be a provider of comfort and blessing, and righteousness, peace, and joy. Those who have already been trained For leaders and leaders, spontaneity is life.Spontaneity is also a characteristic of maturity.Today's graduates believe that they should voluntarily raise themselves, train themselves, and do their own ministry and ministry for themselves.
