Title: Sin and Grace (Romans 05:12-21)
Content 1. Adam's sin and the death of mankind ① All mankind grows old and dies because of sin.
a. Adam sinned, and sin entered the world and brought death (12) b. People sinned a lot until Moses (13) ② There was sin in the world before the law.
a. But at that time, God did not punish people to death (13) b. Because there was no law yet, and God did not tell them how to live (13) c. However, people did not ruled by death. Although he did not commit the same sin as Adam, he was ruled by that sin (14)
2. Forgiveness of sins and life brought by Jesus ① Jesus forgave sins and gave life.
a. One sin that Adam committed brought the penalty of death to many (16) b. On the other hand, the Lord freely forgave many sins and gave him a glorious life (16) ② God thanks to Jesus received abundant blessings from
a. Through the merits of the one man Jesus, he received abundant favor and came to have a right relationship with God (becoming a righteous man) (17) b.
c. Adam disobeyed God and made many sinners, and Jesus obeyed God and made many righteous (19)
3. Human sin and God's grace ① The deeper you realize your sin, the more grace you have.
a. The Ten Commandments made us know that humans are insufficient beings who cannot keep the law (20) b. So, the deeper we understand our sins, the deeper we come to understand the grace of the Lord (20) ② Eternal life through Jesus came to
a. In the past, sin had dominated all men and brought death, but now the grace of the Lord has come to rule over us (21) b. By being recognized as upright before God through Jesus, we have eternal life. came to life (21)

It has opened the way for us to receive forgiveness of sins and life through Jesus.
③Sin and grace a. We humans are sinners who are born in sin, commit sins, and die because of sin.
b. However, God forgave all those sins and gave them even life.
c. Therefore, the deeper we realize our own sin, the greater the grace of God we have received.
d. Now we are not living as sinners controlled by sin, but in the grace of God we have a good relationship with the Lord and enjoy eternal life.
