Title: Spiritual Nutrients (Isaiah 55:1)
Content People drink water, quench their thirst, and fill their joy with wine, but to live in this world requires wisdom, knowledge, conviction, and determination. Where can we get the strength to win in this kind of struggle for existence? 1 Peter 2:1-2 [Therefore, putting away all malice and all deceit and hypocrisy and envy and all slander, Longing for it, so that through this you may grow into salvation].
Just as a child needs milk to grow, believers need spiritual food. The Lord said to drink milk, but the milk the Lord spoke of refers to the words from Genesis to Revelation. If you study the Bible every day and accept the wisdom, knowledge, judgment, faith, love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, gentleness, loyalty of Christ, the character of the saints will resemble the image of Jesus. Just as a child cannot grow without milk, so a church member who does not feed on the Word of God cannot grow.
And because the Bible contains the wisdom, knowledge, faith, and discernment of the kingdom of God, if you master only one Bible, you will have superior wisdom, knowledge, and judgment than those with worldly degrees. By meditating on the Bible, you can not only acquire the wisdom, knowledge, and conviction necessary for living in the world, but also grow spiritually by becoming like the image of Christ. Since man is divided into spirit and body, just as a man must eat various foods for his body, he must also consume the three major nutrients spiritually. The thirst of the soul is quenched by drinking the water of life of Jesus Christ, which the Lord pays for and we can buy without money and without price. The wine of Christ fills our lives with joy, and when we study the word of God, we become like the image of Jesus Christ.
You will be with me. What kind of spiritual nutrients are lacking in our family Let's come before the Lord who tells us to buy spiritual nutrients without money and without price, and fill them with the nutrients we need.
Prayer: Lord, the Word became flesh. May our family always live according to the Word and keep the family of love and peace. I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.
