Title: Strength when we are weak
Contents :
There are people in this world who believe that they are strong and there are people who believe that they are weak. Where do you belong?
Why do you believe you are strong? health? wisdom? do you have money? Power, guts? Why do you believe you are weak? disease? failure? knowledge? old? There is no line? When they believed in themselves and believed that I was strong, they all failed. When they looked at themselves and called me weak, they had such a humble life. But “I am weak, but I can do all things through him who strengthens me.” Those who are strong in Jesus. Those who are with Jesus. The Apostle Paul is now boasting rather than trying to hide his weakness or being ashamed of it. The Lord has wonderful truths.
1. The truth is that we are most humble when we are at our weakest.
Have you seen that the weak are proud? Have you ever seen a person who has nothing to be proud of? Have you seen the arrogant man without learning? Have you ever seen a sick man proud? Have you ever seen a sad person perk up?
There are two types of weakness. In fact, there are those who are weak and those who realize their weakness and are weak. Only when Christians thoroughly realize their weakness before God can they become truly humble people, and humble people become the strongest.
2. When it is weak, it becomes soft.
Kindness and tenderness are stronger than anything else. People become kind and gentle when they know they are weak. Soft things are the strongest you know. Tenderness comes when you realize your weakness.
3. When you are weak, you become dependent.
When man is strong, he does not seek God. When we become weak and we know we are weak, we seek God. Do you consider yourself weak? Please depend on God. Are you aware of your weakness? Open your hands to God.
4. When we are weak, God lifts us up.
God listens to us when we are weakest. In the Bible, it is never said that God is strong. Even Israel uses it when it is weakest. God called Moses at that time when he was the weakest and realized he was weak. Strong or weak in the sight of God means nothing. Before God, we are strongest when we are weakest. Even if I am lacking, Jesus is perfect. I am weak, but the Lord is strong. Although I am poor, the Lord is rich. Even though I am ugly, the Lord is pure.
