Sermon: The Believer's Life.
I believe that God will bless you today.
Everyone! Chapter 15 of today's text also continues to talk about the faith life and church life of our members. In other words, believers in the church are not to be at odds with one another, but to glorify God by helping and edifying each other by following Jesus Christ who saved us. Here we see the passion of the Apostle Paul's missionary work. And to know his labors in childbirth. The Apostle Paul longs for the salvation of one soul and for that heart to grow flawlessly through the church life.
Ephesians 4:13-14. We will all become one in the faith and the knowledge of the Son of God, until we reach the stature of the stature of the fullness of Christ. 14 For we are no longer children, and fall into the deceitfulness of men and deceitful temptations. lest they be tossed and moved by the winds of doctrine. You say this:
And the Apostle Paul emphasizes that those with strong faith play a very important role in maintaining peace in the church. That is why verse 1 tells us to let the strong in faith take responsibility for the weakness of the weak. So, who is the strongest person? We cannot measure the faith of a believer in numbers. Therefore, it is very difficult to distinguish between the strong and the weak.
However, there are objective and universal standards. It is the first long believer. And the second is those who have received the office. There are several offices in the church. That is, there is a deacon in Seo-ri, a deacon, and a deacon. And there is also the office of elder. In addition, there are officers for each institution. For example, there is a president for each group, such as the student council, youth group, men's mission, or women's mission, there is a vice president, and there is a secretary. On the other hand, each church has a district, and each district has a district leader.
All of these positions are those that are responsible for those who are weak in faith. Everyone! To take responsibility means to bear the burdens of others. Because the younger the age of faith, the heavier a light burden is felt for them. Therefore, those with strong faith must bear their own burdens, and take care of the burdens of others and bear them in their stead. This means the cross. It's hard. It's painful.
Sometimes it's painful. This is a sacrifice. And death. This is what Jesus showed us.
That is why Galatians 6:2 says this. Bear one another's burdens, and thus fulfill the law of Christ. Amen. It is the law of Christ to bear one another's burdens. It is the will of the Lord. And this is the image our Lord showed us earlier. That is why our Lord says this in Matthew 11:28. Come to me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light. say
Our Lord says this again in verse 2 of the text. “Do good and build up virtue” He tells us to stop doing shameful things and do better management of our image as a believer and as a believer. Everyone! The world doesn't leave us alone. Satan destroys all of our original image and makes every effort to destroy it. It is like digging up our Mt. Geumsugang and making us naked. Therefore, we urgently need to restore our image. We need to cover up our naked faces quickly. This is what God wants.
This is the story of the true, hopeful life of our believers. Everyone! Our true comfort comes from heaven. Our comfort and peace are in our Lord Jesus Christ.
The life of our Jesus on this earth was really short. However, despite his short life, his life always had a higher meaning. Hebrews 13:14. We do not have a permanent city here, but we are looking for what is to come... So Jesus did not put any hope on this earth. Our hope in Jesus was in heaven. It is an eternal world. It is the world of God, from eternity to eternity.
GOD is from everlasting to everlasting!!! Hallelujah!!!
Everyone! We are all children of one God. So, they are brought up together in the same family.
Everyone! The church is God's home. And we are one family under one father. That is why we are of the same mind. cherish and love each other. Caring for and caring for. And when you walk on a long road in the wilderness, you will be carrying the spiritually infirm, children, infants and toddlers with you by faith. This path is the path our Lord has walked. And this is what our Lord tells us to do as well.
Everyone! Anyway, we got to where we are today. So, we should give thanks to our God who has been with us on this journey until today, and we should all unite to reveal the glory of our God through praise. Amen.
