Title: The Blessed One (Psalm 1:1-6)
Contents
① The blessed person is said to be “like a tree planted by a stream.” ② This is a person who enjoys eternal and perfect blessings under the authority of God, the perfect and unchanging farmer. ③ A person who can receive welcome and glory from God and all creation by using the grace and blessings received from God to the end of eternity.
“A person who lives with his roots in God”
① In the Bible, “bad man” and “good man” are based on the perfect God. “Evil man” refers to a self-centered, creature-centered person, and “good man” “righteous person” refers to a God-centered person. ② Therefore, a blessed person is one who has his roots in God, who is eternal and perfect, who is infinite in wealth, power, authority, wisdom, knowledge, love, honor, and glory, and lives with God as his master based on God-centeredness and God. ③ This person is blessed because everything about him becomes God's, and everything about God becomes his own, and he lives and walks with God forever. ④ Believers who have received the Lord’s redemption grace and are born again are new people who can live centered on God, and let’s give thanks for the grace of the Holy Spirit who can live centered on God. Let’s plant our roots in God and achieve salvation (Colossians 3:1~4, Ephesians 1:3-23) ⑤ The human heart, the lord of all things, cannot sustain more than a hundred years (Psalm 90:10)
“A man who is rooted in righteousness and lives”
① Blessed are those who do not stand on the path of sinners, who have rooted their lives in “righteousness” and live “righteously”. ② In our relationship with God, our relationship with humans, our relationship with material things, we live rightly with the root of “righteousness” rooted in all realities. ③ People who are hungry or full, regardless of whether they receive material or human benefits or not, regardless of whether they are large or small, large or small . ④ Many people die for their neighbors, lineage, society, nation, and nation. These are valuable within that scope, but they are finite, and dying for “righteousness” is eternal. ⑤ Do not destroy individuals, families, or groups with “righteousness”. Even if it collapses or breaks, it will be built up and come back to life after a while ⑥ God values “righteousness” and helps those who live righteously.
“A person who lives with roots in humility”
① Blessed people do not sit in arrogant seats, they are people who are rooted in “humility”. ②“Humility” means being gentle with God and obeying God, and fulfilling duties and responsibilities with an attitude of serving as a person of God toward others. ③ Human beings are God's stewards who take charge of God's things and manage their lives, bodies, and everything that God has entrusted to them for a while to achieve their own salvation. ④ Therefore, those who have more than others are indebted to God and have no choice but to be more humble with the weight of their responsibilities and duties toward their neighbors. ⑤ “Pride” is due to the fact that one’s life, body, and possessions are one’s own. ⑥ “God resists the proud and gives grace to the humble” (James 4:7, 1 Peter 5:5-6).
“A person who lives and takes root in the word of God”
① “Those who delight in the law of the Lord and meditate on it day and night” (Psalm 1:3) are people who have their roots in the truth of God. ② According to God’s Word, what kind of person is God, what kind of person is, what kind of thing is, and what kind of heart and behavior are true people ③ What should be done to parents, brothers, and neighbors in human fellowship and relationship Because he accurately explained what should be done about , things, and God's judgment, what kind of kingdom the kingdom of heaven will be and what the world will be like. ④ Those who live by rooting in the Word of God can achieve their own salvation and become holy like God. Become a person of clean, perfect personality, and become a blessed person of eternal life and eternal life. ⑤ Where do you currently live and take root? To live on anything other than God is futile and perishing.
