Title: The Blessing of Matter
Throughout the history of the Church, there have been heresies who taught that the spirit is spiritual and holy, and that all matter, including the body, is corrupt and corrupt.
They urged ignorant people to abstain from material things and live with the flesh as a sin.
Whether it is because of this influence or the influence of traditional Confucian ideas, there are some of us who exclude material things.
Is this really the right attitude?
It's not like that.
Matter is not inherently evil because it is one of God's creations.
God delights in giving material blessings to His people.
Then, what kind of things does God bless us with, and what kind of life should we live after receiving God’s blessings?
1. to prosper in everything
People in the world who do not have God in their hearts sometimes become proud without exception when their businesses prosper and their livelihoods prosper.
It means that he raises his head, dismissing that everything was done because he was good.
But God's people give all the glory to God when things are going well.
Everything was done by God's grace, and he thinks he is nothing and is the result of God's support, and he does not forget his humble attitude.
God gives grace to such a humble life.
And just as a tree planted by a stream produces abundant crops, so He will make you prosper in everything you do.
♣ The God of the obedient---After completing the declaration of personal blessings to those who obey, Moses now shifts his attention from personal blessings to national blessings.
This text is a record of such national blessings, and it is a great blessing that a nation that obeys God's word will grow into a great nation that all people around the world fear and excel above all nations.
Rather than fear the world, true believers fear the Creator God, who created the world and insists on human life and death.
However, modern Christians fear the world and unbelievers rather than the Creator God, as they do not hesitate to commit acts of breaking God's commandments in order to maintain unbelieving relationships with unbelievers.

We cannot serve two masters.
Nevertheless, sometimes we have a very cunning appearance to serve both material and God.
Now, we must cast off this false attitude of faith, exalt only God, and love only God.
Then God will bless our needs exceedingly.
