Title: The Blood of His Son Jesus
Contents
“By this you know the Spirit of God, that every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist. I have heard that it is already in the world” (1 John 4:2-3).
The Bible clearly testifies that Jesus Christ came in the flesh. That is, he clearly stated that Jesus Christ was the descendant of Abraham, as he testified, “...the son of Isaac shall be called your descendant” (Genesis 21:12) (Matthew 1:1), again confirms that Jesus Christ came in the flesh, and again clearly testifies, “As for this Son, he was born of the blood of David according to the flesh” (Romans 1:3).
If Jesus Christ had not come in the flesh, God's children of flesh and blood could not have been saved. It is written, “Children are of flesh and blood, and he also belongs to flesh and blood in one way, to put away those who through death the power of death, the devil, It is the same as the words of evidence, saying, “He was going to let you go” (Hebrews 2:14-15).
This is how the Bible testifies, “Therefore, he ought to be made like his brothers in all things, that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in the work of God, to make atonement for the sins of the people” (Hebrews 2:17). .
Therefore, it is clear that the body of Jesus Christ and the body of man are the same body. Since the blood and flesh of his flesh are the same as the blood and flesh of a man's flesh, man can be forgiven of sin by being united with him in the likeness of his death. It is the same as the words of the evidence that it is written, “For the dead have been set free from sin” (Romans 6:7).
However, his body is a body that has not committed any sin, and all the flesh of all people in the world is a body that has sinned. It is like the words of the testimony, which is written, “Therefore, as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in the same way death spread to all men, because all sinned” (Romans 5:12) “We do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who has been in all respects tempted as we are, yet without sin” (Hebrews 4:15). Therefore, there is only one flesh in the world that has not sinned, the flesh of Jesus.
Christ Jesus, the Son of God, who also became the Son of Man, as the Son of Man, said, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day. My flesh is true food and my blood is true drink. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood abides in me, and I in him. Living Father As God sent me and I live because of the Father, so he who eats me will live because of me” (John 6:53-57).
Therefore, “Jesus himself, knowing that his disciples were murmuring about these words, said to him, “Do these words scare you? What if you see the Son of Man ascending to the place where he was before? It is the Spirit that gives life; the flesh is of no avail. The words spoken to him are spirit and are life” (John 6:61-63), again testifying as the Son of God.
That is why the Bible says, “Not with the blood of goats and calves, but with his own blood he entered the sanctuary once for all, having obtained eternal redemption for it. How can the blood of Christ, who through the Holy Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?” (Hebrews 9:12-14).
As it is written, “Therefore, from now on we know no man according to the flesh, although we have known Christ according to the flesh, but from now on we do not know him in this way” (2 Corinthians 5:16).
Therefore, regarding the blood of his son Jesus, the Bible says, “If anyone who abolished the law of Moses died without mercy on account of two or three witnesses, how much more would they trample on the Son of God, and regard the blood of the covenant that sanctified him as unclean, and curse the Spirit of grace He said harshly, “Think of how much more severe punishment will be deserved by those who cause it.” (Hebrews 10:28-29).
That is, “the blood of the sanctified covenant” is the testimony of the blood of the Son of God, whom God sanctified and sent into the world. It is the same as the words of the evidence that is written, "...how can you blaspheme for the one whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, saying, I am the Son of God?" (John 10:36).
“The one whom God sanctified and sent into the world” is the only begotten Son of God, not the flesh that is descended from Abraham and David. Therefore, flesh and blood are not the sons of God, but only that the Son of God belongs to flesh and blood. In other words, it is written, “For the children are of flesh and blood, and he also is of the same flesh and blood” is proof that blood and flesh are not the sons of God, but that the flesh and blood is the only begotten Son of God.
Therefore, as a son, he said, “My Father,” and as a flesh, he said, “my God.” It is written, “Jesus said, ‘Touch not me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father. ) is the same as the words of evidence.
For this reason, the Bible testifies, "...When he came into the world, he said, sacrificial and offering, God did not desire, but a body he prepared for me" (Hebrews 10:5). In other words, the blood of the body prepared by David's lineage is not the blood of the covenant, but the blood of the Son God sent into the world is the “blood of the covenant.” This blood is the blood of the covenant, which is sown only on his people in faith. It is the same as the words of the evidence that it is written, "You shall give birth to a son, and you shall call his name Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins."
Therefore, unless anyone believes in the blood of his Son Jesus, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without blemish to God, his conscience cannot be cleansed from dead works, nor can he serve the living God.
That is why the Bible says, “If we walk in the light as he is in the light, we have fellowship and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin” (1 John 1:7) in “the blood of Jesus his Son” that is testifying against it.
“To those who, according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Holy Spirit, obtain obedience and the sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace and peace be multiplied to you” (1 Peter 1:2), “we was sown in our hearts, realizing the evil of our conscience, and having washed our bodies with pure water, let us come to God with a true heart and complete faith” (Hebrews 10:22).
“It is the Spirit that gives life; the flesh is of no avail. The words I have spoken to you are spirit and are life” (John 6:63). Amen, thank you Lord.
