Title: The Body of Sin Is Destroyed
Contents
God loved the world so much that he gave his only begotten Son to take away sins. Because sin cannot coexist with a good God. The purpose of the proof of truth is not to make it known that sins are forgiven, but to make it known that sins are taken away.
Forgiveness of sins is the gospel as sweet as honey in your mouth. But the forgiveness of sins is the gospel written on the boat. The gospel does not stay. It's the road. So, the gospel does not stay as sweet gospel in the mouth, but when it becomes the gospel written in the stomach, it lived and has momentum.
The word of God is the gospel. If the Word stops at the forgiveness of sins, it will be an incomplete gospel that has only a beginning and no end.
Christ Jesus, as the faithful Son, clearly completed the beginning and the end. If you achieve only the beginning and do not bring it to an end, it is not as good as not starting. He accomplished the beginning with the end of the body, and now he is making the end again with the spirit in his body, the church. The church is not an imaginary church with a signboard now. The church is his body.
Therefore, if his head has revealed the beautiful message (Gospel), then his body must again complete the beautiful message (Gospel) and end it. Therefore, the Bible testifies about this, "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news over the mountains."
An incorruptible seed is definitely a beautiful thing. But this is the beauty of the beginning, not the end. The beauty of the end is the faithful fruit.
Obviously, the forgiveness of sins cannot be so pleasing and beautiful. This is liberation. However, if there is only liberation and no independence, eventually we will be subject to another country again. The Bible says this like this: “It is true to them that the saying goes, ‘The dog returns to its vomit, and the pig, after washing, lies back in the filthy pit’ (2 Peter 2:22). Against this, the Bible testifies, “But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves to God, you have obtained the fruit that leads to holiness, and the end is eternal life” (Romans 6:22).
Unless we are freed from sin and become servants of God, we will never receive the fruit of holiness. Also, if we do not obtain the fruits of holiness, we cannot have eternal life.
Freedom from sin is definitely the gospel as sweet as honey in your mouth. But being a servant of God is also clearly the gospel written on the boat. The Bible is clear about this. “I took the little book from the angel’s hand and ate it, and it was as sweet as honey in my mouth, but after eating it my stomach became bitter. He said to me, “You must prophesy again to many peoples and nations and tongues and kings” (Revelation 10: 10-11)
As a result of believing in the gospel of liberation from sin, we could never reach perfection. So today's Christianity is like this. Therefore, they were unable to eat milk or hard food. Satan is wandering to the ends of the earth, looking for someone to devour, like a roaring lion, so that we may enter the gospel of Christ and remain only in the forgiveness of our sins, so that we do not reach the forgiveness of sins. There are a lot of people who have already fallen into it and know only the atonement and do not know the forgiveness of sins.
This is to make them remain only in the beginning of Christ, so that they may die and die and be uprooted into a fruitless autumn tree to be burned into an eternal fire at the judgment.
“The coming of the evil one, according to the works of Satan, will come on those who are perishing, with all powers and signs and false miracles and all deceitfulness of unrighteousness, for they have not received the love of the truth, and are not to be saved. He caused them to believe a lie, so that all those who do not believe the truth and love unrighteousness may be condemned” (2 Thessalonians 2:9-12). But the people of Christ, foreknowled and chosen by God, will deliver them from all these evil works and save them to enter His kingdom. Amen
The truth is not just the seed. The truth is that the seed and the fruit are combined. If there is only the death of Jesus and not my death, this is not the gospel. It is the gospel that there is “together” with the body that bears the death of Jesus, united in imitation of his death.
Therefore, in order to get rid of sin, the body of sin must be destroyed so that sin can be eradicated forever. This is what the Bible calls “everlasting atonement.”
The seed and the fruit are one.
Head and body are one.
The groom and the bride are one.
Christ and the Church are one.
Therefore, truly blessed are those who hear, read, and act according to what is written in the "eternal gospel" through which the Holy Spirit unites. “And I saw another angel flying in mid-air, having an everlasting gospel to preach to those who dwell on the earth, to every nation, kindred, tongue, and people” (Revelation 14:6). Will be.
When I die and it is Christ who lives in me, I will surely bear the fruit of the Spirit.
If we go from the faith of the forgiveness of sins to the faith that takes away sins, we will reach the full measure of the stature of Christ.
Therefore, it is testified, “In the gospel, the righteousness of God is revealed, from faith to faith, as it is written, The righteous will live by faith” (Romans 1:17). Amen
There is one Lord, one gospel, one faith.
Let's hear the truth. “I have given them the glory that you have given me, that they may be one, even as we are one. so that the world may know that you sent me, and that you loved them as you loved me” (John 17:22-23). Amen, Amen, Amen.
“Repent, therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, that the days of rejoicing will come from the presence of the Lord” (Acts 3:19).
“This is my covenant, which will be made to them when I take away their sins” (Romans 11:27).
“Then he must have suffered often from the creation of the world, but now he has appeared at the end of the world to take away sin by the sacrifice of himself once for all” (Hebrews 9:26).
“You know that he was manifested to take away our sins; in him there is no sin” (1 John 3:5).
Therefore, he not only forgives all our sins, but also takes away all our sins forever. Therefore, as his beloved Son, God who gave the way of the cross to destroy the body of sin is our eternal praise.
“We know that our old self was crucified with Jesus so that the body of sin might be destroyed, and that we would no longer be slaves to sin” (Romans 6:6) Lord! Thank you.
