Title: The Chamber of Jesus

atrium ministry

Seongmin Church's autumn visitation started last Sunday. Visiting is the ministry of visiting Jesus' precious people of God with the love of Jesus in their arms. Jesus always came to us when we were having a hard time.

Jesus turned tears of sorrow into joy by looking for Mary, who said that he would anoint Jesus' body without expecting the resurrection. He went to the disciples who were hiding in the attic and washed away their guilt and anxiety, and found Peter who had not caught even a single fish all night on the Sea of Galilee, raised him up and gave him a mission.

In this way, the visit is a ministry that visits those who are living a life of anxiety, fear, frustration, and failure, comforting them with the Word, blessing them, and awakening them to their mission.

purpose of the atrium

Atrium is necessary for the growth of first faith. Jesus said to his disciples, "Children!" called. When Jesus was present, he followed them well, but when he did not see Jesus, he had the same faith as a child who went fishing. Jesus came to help the childlike disciples grow in their faith.

The second atrium is needed to heal the wound. When the Lord was arrested, Peter had a painful wound by denying that he did not know the Lord three times by the bonfire. Jesus healed Peter's deep wounds by confirming Peter's love for the Lord three times. A heartbreak is an opportunity to heal your wounds, your mistakes, and your weaknesses while living your life of faith.

The third atrium allows us to restore our mission. Jesus called his disciples to be fishers of men, but the disciples are now fishers of fish. They must return to Jerusalem. You must pray in Jerusalem and receive the Holy Spirit and start the gospel movement, that is, fishing from there. Jesus visited people who evaded his mission and left and restored his mission.

The Lord does not want to see the people he loves failing and living with empty nets, but He is the One who fills them. When receiving the visitation, the saints should prepare the vessel to receive blessings in prayer and wait in anticipation of the grace that the Lord will give them.

Consequences of the atrium (decision and obedience)

Jesus told his disciples, “Cast your net on the right side of the boat, and you will find it.” What is the right side? In the Bible, the right hand side has a very symbolic meaning, and the right hand side is always described as the seat of salvation on the side of Jesus.

Peter met Jesus on the Sea of Galilee three years ago and decided to abandon his boat and net and follow the Lord. But now they are starting to hold back the boats and nets that were once abandoned because of the problem of food. That life is the life on the left. Jesus commanded such disciples to turn to the right-hand life.

We hope that this fall visit will be an opportunity for all families to turn to the right. The disciples obeyed the command to “cast the net on the right side of the boat” and threw it, and 153 fish were caught and the net was not torn. The world's net does not catch fish very well, but it is easily torn. How many people have their nets torn and unhappy? The net cast on the right hand side, the net that obeyed the Lord, the net that was bought according to Jesus' command, and the net that was bought according to the word of faith will not be torn.

I hope that there will be new resolutions and obedience in life through the Word.
