Title: The Christian's Sorrow
Contents
Christian sorrow (2 Corinthians 7:10-11)
When we think of Jesus, we can never imagine him smiling or smiling or laughing and joking around. We can only imagine prayers, worries, crucifixion, and glorious resurrection and ascension for us.
Nevertheless, I do not think that Jesus was not positive. It is a very important issue. Christians these days are mistaken for believing well if they live only positively and brightly. Reverence and stillness are said to be attitudes out of date. In verse 10, Paul's message of joy to the Corinthians who have recovered after being grieved and troubled for self-examination, 'God's sorrow produces repentance that leads to salvation without any regrets, and worldly sorrow produces death. We would like to receive inspiration from God under the title of <The Anxiety of Christians> based on the words '
1. Concern for sanctification after justification is essential
The fact that we were regenerated and became the people of salvation through faith in Jesus through the gospel is a mystery and is God's unique work (Ephesians 2:8).
Galatians 2:16 “Because we know that a person is not justified by works of the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ, we also have believed in Christ Jesus, so that we may be justified not by works of the law, but by faith in Christ. Hamira'
Even though he is a Christian who is free from the wrath of the law, he is still susceptible to being stained with a sinful world and has personal weaknesses. Misunderstanding.
Believing in Jesus is the parable of the church of the bride and groom, Jesus Christ, and he spoke as if married to Jesus. So, just because the bride and groom got married, did they quickly become a couple and become adults? Isn't it? The process of sanctification is essential to living with Jesus, just as we agree and fight every day.
2. We must be grieved according to God's will
Text, 10 'God's sorrow produces repentance that leads to salvation without regret, but worldly sorrow produces death'. The word “worry” is a feminine noun, luvph, which can be interpreted as sadness, sighing, sadness, worry and anguish.
In today's difficult world to live in, the saints will have a lot of trouble in their lives. However, like the worldly people who have not been regenerated, if you worry about and believe in worldly things and pay attention to material blessings, it is not the sorrow of those who have been saved, but only the troubles that lead to death.
The Christian's worries are not just those who are troubled by material and environmental factors, but they must be chosen and demanded according to God's will in any situation, and they must also have troubles to pray.
In today's situation where we are living in the last days, the Christian's concern and concern is to believe that the more we think about what God's holy will is in these times, the more we will receive the grace to protect us.
What kind of sorrow is according to God's will?
1) It is the desire to become a holy spiritual person.
2) Pay attention to the biblical goal.
3) We enjoy participating in the work of the gospel.
4) We want to understand the times and lead a sensible life.
5) Not losing interest in the reward of heaven, etc.
11 'Behold, what earnestness, what excuses, what anger, what fears, what longings, what earnestness, and what punishments has caused you this sorrow for doing God's will! showed the purity of
In the last days, 2 Timothy 4:3-4 says, “The time is coming when people will not receive sound doctrine, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own desires, 4 and will turn away their ears from the truth and follow myths.”
In the Old Testament Isaiah the prophet Isaiah 30:9-10 'For this is a rebellious people, children of lies, children who do not want to hear the law of the Lord. Don't speak soft words, show lies'
Jesus said that you are the only savior, but how should we understand the denial? Of course, the words of those who deny the truth should be regarded as heresy, right? The sorrows and sighs of our Christians are not for the sake of the world, but we must regret, worry, and sigh because our life as a people is not good enough or sinful to God who saved us, and only then can we receive true grace anew.
I hope that you will listen carefully to Brother James' valuable advice and become a motive for our reflection. James 4:9-10 '9 Mourn and mourn and weep; turn your laughter into mourning, your joy into sorrow; 10 humble yourself before the Lord, and the Lord will exalt you.'
Rather than walking in and out of the church without thinking like an empty person and clapping and applauding, it is a life of quietly introspecting oneself in a noisy world, having fellowship with the living God rather than a member of church culture, and embracing the world in the love of the Holy Spirit and doing missions. I need to become genuinely noble religious people who are thinking about looking back on me in order to become a person. You need to meditate for at least half an hour a day. Whether it is early in the morning or before bedtime, you need to make a habit of looking after yourself. Therefore, I pray in the name of Jesus that you may become sanctified every day, be faithful to holiness, and receive the grace from heaven.
