Title: The Fallen Worker/Judges 17:1-13
Content Even if all the people of the world fall, political and religious leaders must not fall. In particular, Christian leaders believe that we must not become more corrupt. A minister is a person who leads God's people. However, if the person entrusted with such a valuable office is corrupted, the problem is inevitable.
1. There was no assignment.
(Judges 17:7) There was a boy in Bethlehem, Judah, who belonged to the family of Judah, and he lived there as a Levite (Judges 17:8). and came to Micah's house (Judges 17:9), and Micah asked him, "Where do you come from? A good minister is one who has an assignment. But it is not right for a minister to have no assignment.
2. He was a minister established by an individual.
(Judges 17:10) And Micah said to him, “Stay with me, and you shall be a father and a priest for me, and I will give you ten pieces of silver every year, a suit of clothing, and food.” So the Levite went in (Judges 17:11). He was content to dwell with the man, for the boy became like one of Micah's sons." This means that you can be a minister for an individual, but not a minister for a society. That is, there is no credibility. The fallen minister lives for the individual, but the upright minister works for many.
3. He was a minister recognized by humans.
