Sermon Text I Revelation 1:1-3 The revelation of Jesus Christ, that God gave him to show his servants what must happen soon.
He sent the angel to his servant John to give instructions.
John testified both the word of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ, all that he had seen.
Blessed are those who read and hear the words of this prophecy, and keep the things written in them, for the time is near.
Sermon content
The content of revelation in the Bible consists of God's commands, teachings, prophecies, and covenants.
The motive of revelation is love.
The means of receiving this revelation is obedience.
In common, there are five obligations of the saints that must be obeyed and kept.
The first is Sunday holy water.
The Sabbath in the Old Testament times was changed to Sunday in the New Testament times.
If you follow the commands of the Holy Water on Sunday, you will be sanctified and receive blessings.
Sunday is
1) I will not buy or sell.
2) You will not work.
3) Body and clothing will be cleaned.
4) We will worship at a set time and place.
5) You will receive the Word and sanctification in worship.
6) The whole family will gather and chew the cud.
7) If there is time left, we will conduct a heart attack.
The second is diet.
Sikkyung means eating the Word.
Eating these words is a command, a precept, a prophecy, and a covenant for us who believe.
Diet means to eat the word of God as food.
The reason is that our born-again spirit must eat the Word to live and grow.
And since all things were created by the Word, they exist and exist in the Word.
Therefore, if we live by this Word as food, our spirit will grow and all material problems will be resolved.
The psalmist said that these words are “more sweet than a thousand thousand gold” and “sweetter than honey”.
Also, Peter called them “the words of eternal life.” For this reason, Revelation 1:3 says, “He who reads and hears the words of this prophecy.
Blessed are they and those who keep what is written in them.”
Blessed are those who read these words.
Blessed are those who hear these words.
Blessed are those who keep this word.
Because in the bundle of these words all kinds of good blessings are contained.
This word is a blessing.
Let's become those who receive blessings through diet.
