Title: The Golden Rule given by Jesus
Contents
“If you do not want to be judged, do not judge others.
With the same judgment you judge others, God will judge you, and with what you give in return, it will be given to you.
Why do you see the speck in another's eye, but not the log that is in your own?
There is a log in your eye, how can you say to someone, 'Stay still, I will take the speck out of your eye'?
Hypocrites, first take the log out of your eye. That way, you will be able to see well, and you will be able to remove the specks in the eyes of others.
"Do not give dogs what is holy, and do not throw your pearls before pigs, for they may trample it with their feet, and turn around and bite you."
"Ask, and God will give you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and God will open to you.
Everyone who asks receives, and everyone who seeks finds, and to him who knocks the door will be opened.
Who among you will give your son a stone when he asks for bread?
If you ask for a fish, who will give you a snake?
If you, being evil, know how to give good things to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good things to those who ask him?"
"Therefore, in whatever way you would like others to do to you, do also to them. This is the true meaning of the Law and the Prophets."
