Title: The Great Counselor Jesus Christ
Hymns:
All of us humans living in this world live with worries and wounds.
Even though our students are young, there will be many worries and concerns.
However, the sooner these worries and wounds are resolved, the better.
There is nothing good about worrying and hurting for a long time.
So, when we have concerns, we often go to school teachers, people around us, or professional counselors for advice.
There are many counselors in this world.
But who is the greatest counselor in the world?
That is our Lord Jesus Christ.
Let's take a look at why Jesus Christ is the greatest counselor through the text.
First, because Jesus Christ is Almighty God.
Verse 6 says that He is Almighty God.
Jesus is God in the Person of the Son of the Triune God.
He is the true and living God.
He is the God who becomes one with God the eternal Father.
Because Jesus is God, he puts government on his shoulders.
The love affair here refers to everything in this universe.
This means that all things in the universe are governed by sovereignty.
Therefore, Jesus is the One who can confide in our troubles at any time, listen to our troubles and heal our wounds.
We humans need three kinds of encounters in life.
The first is an encounter with oneself, the second is an encounter with neighbors, and the last is an encounter with God.
The most important of these is an encounter with God.
Humans have physical needs, mental needs, and spiritual needs.
When this desire is satisfied, a person can live a healthy and happy life.
However, in general, we live our lives knowing that it is important to satisfy our physical and mental needs, but we do not realize that it is important to satisfy our spiritual needs.
That's why I get discouraged and frustrated when things get a little difficult and difficult.
Always empty, always lonely, meaningless, suffering and despairing
We must meet Almighty God.
We Can Meet Almighty God in Jesus Christ
Second, Jesus Christ is the Wonderful
The word 'wonderful' means a wonderful person.
Jesus is both God and man at the same time.
His presence is marvelous, his life is marvelous, his words are marvelous.
He is more amazing than our lives.
Our lives are sometimes entangled like a labyrinth, so there are many times when we do not see a clue to the solution.
But no need to worry.
Because the Wonderful One already has the answer.
Sometimes it feels like our wisdom has hit a dead end.
But no need to worry.
Because the way is already open to the Wonderful Jesus Christ.
No need to be frustrated or discouraged that no one can help
Because the Wonderful Jesus Christ cares for us in an amazing way.
Thirdly, he was called Counselor.
Some people think that copying in Korean has a bad meaning.
A person who harms others through envy and schemes is often called a copycat in Korean.
But the original word copy is good
In other words, they are also called counselors.
Those who believe in Jesus Christ know how to value the wisdom and advice of others.
However, there is a counselor who is more precious and better than anyone else, and that is Jesus Christ.
A great counselor doesn't just make a lot of academic studies
You have to experience and overcome a lot of trouble and pain yourself.
Because Jesus came to this earth and went through countless trials and tribulations except for the experience of sin, he can become a great counselor.
A counselor must have a heart to help the person who comes to him and have compassion for that person.
There is no need to seek counseling because of duty or money.
Our Counselor, Jesus, has compassion on us.
He wants to help us.
Finally, Jesus Christ is the Prince of Peace.
Jesus is the One who can give us peace with God, peace with our neighbors, peace with ourselves, and peace with nature.
No one but Him can give us such great peace.
He is the one who can give us peace because he came into this world and overcame sin, overcame the world, and overcame Satan.
The most desired thing for those seeking counseling is peace of mind.
But who can give you true peace in this world?
We humans are not able to solve all our problems.
Our only true counselor is Jesus Christ.
Jesus is still calling us to come to me, all you who labor and are heavy laden
I will pray
