Title - The Guarantee of the Gospel
Bible - Romans 8:38-39
The Apostle Paul was crazy about the gospel.
To be precise, he was completely overwhelmed by the gospel.
The apostle Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, was indeed a servant of the gospel, an apostle of the gospel, a defender of the gospel, a preacher of the gospel, and a theologian and witness of the gospel.
How much do you know about the gospel experienced by Paul, who was a scholar and religious man of his time?
The gospel is not learned through theological study or contemplation, but how seriously did you approach it?
Now let's learn about the gospel.
Illustration - ‘Gospel’ vs ‘Religion’
One Sunday morning a few years ago, a man came up to me and said, “I cannot understand you. India is the birthplace of many religions, and it is a very religious country, so why do you only add to the chaos by introducing another religion?”
I answered. “My friend, I am not interested in religion, but I am deeply interested in the Gospel. There is a big difference between the two.” Religion is man-made, and the gospel is God-given. Religion is what man does for God, and the gospel is what God did for man.
Religion is man's search for God, but the gospel is God's search for man. Religion is man's effort to climb the ladder of his own righteousness with the hope of meeting God at the top of the ladder.
Religion is good counsel, and the gospel is a glorious proclamation. Religion accepts humans but cannot change them, and the gospel accepts humans as they are and changes them. Religion aims at outward reform, and the gospel aims at inward transformation.
Religion is painted white, and the gospel is washed white. Religion is sometimes a deceit, and the gospel is God's power to always bring salvation to all who believe. There are many religions, but there is only one gospel.

1. Guaranteed Salvation
Some Christian teachers teach that salvation can be canceled if you do not believe in Christ better than you do now.
These words are meant to awaken people to believe in Jesus and live their faith and life correctly after they have been saved, but this is not the case.
It is not the gospel if it is meant to be recognized as a fact.
What is the Gospel?
I am saved regardless of my deeds.
God saw all of our abominations, contradictions, flaws, and faults, and saved us.
But would you cancel your salvation if such things are discovered even after you have been saved?
God is not so short-sighted.
Rather, He is the One who makes the many flaws and faults into perfect children of God through the process of refinement.
So, don't get caught up in the decisive fear.
Salvation is not undone.
The prodigal son who rolled up himself with the prodigal son is the same loving son of his father as his older brother who worked hard to help his father at home.
Yehwa - Gospel Singer Bill Horn's Testimony
I once read the testimony of American gospel singer Peter Bill Horn. It is said that when he sang for prisoners at Port Madison Prison, Iowa, he sang a gospel hymn saying, "A bird with a broken wing cannot fly again." At the end of the meeting, a prisoner met Bill Horn and asked with a sad face, "Is a bird with a broken wing like me forever hopeless?"
The singer, feeling very remorseful, could not sleep that night and sang a gospel hymn that night, saying, "If you go to Jesus, any sins are forgiven. If you leave it to Jesus, the failed past will be renewed. Entrust yourself to the love of the Lord. Your wings will grow again I can be renewed and fly high and high in the blue sky."
2. Guaranteed Life
Jesus said, “I am the door; if anyone enters through me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture” (John 10:9).
He also said, “I have come that they may have life, and have it more abundantly” (John 10:10).
The purpose of our belief in Jesus is not to receive blessings, but if we believe in Jesus, especially in accordance with the teachings of Jesus, we will receive blessings.
Not only are you blessed, but you are safe and protected wherever you are.
Because Jesus has promised to be with us to the end of the world.
So how wonderful is this blessing?
That is why it is the gospel and the good news.
Everything is in the gospel.
“He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him also gift us all things” (Romans 8:32).
The people who lived for the gospel, including the apostle Paul, are actually people who have been changed by the gospel.
The gospel changed them. After knowing the gospel, they changed.
If so, how much do you know the Gospel?
How much have you been changed by the Gospel?
I hope you will be captivated by the Gospel.
I hope you will know, understand, and experience the Gospel in detail.
Even if you don't struggle for change, if you get caught up in the gospel, change will happen naturally.
