I. a person filled with the Holy Spirit
<
< The first requirement for church workers to do church work is to be filled with the Holy Spirit. “It is not by force, not by might, says the Lord of hosts, but by my spirit” (Zechariah 4:6), says the Lord God. The work of God is not done by human power, nor by any human power, but by the Holy Spirit, my God. You cannot do church work without the power of the Holy Spirit. Dear all! We are all church workers. We must become church workers filled with the Holy Spirit. Please long for the filling of the Holy Spirit and pray for the filling of the Holy Spirit. I pray that you will be filled with the Holy Spirit and become worthy church workers for our Lord to use.

II. a person full of faith

< In the early church, people who were full of faith were chosen as church workers. If a person without faith becomes a church worker, it is a big deal. What kind of belief is this belief?

Ⅲ. a person full of grace
<
< Deacon Stephen said that he was full of grace and power (verse 8). What is grace? The Bible says that God's gift of salvation is grace. “For by grace you have been saved, through faith, and this does not come from yourselves, it is the gift of God” (Ephesians 2:8). God's unconditional and arbitrary love for sinners through Jesus Christ. This is grace. The kindness and love you receive even though you do not deserve it. This is grace. We who believe in Jesus received the grace of forgiveness and became children of God. They were saved as people of heaven. Those who believe in Jesus have received all these graces.

IV. a person full of wisdom

< Those who do church work need wisdom. I worked hard, but as a result, there are times when the church is not virtuous. Also, there are times when I say I'm good, but I hurt others. Why? It is because I have no wisdom. Wisdom is required. “Brothers, choose from among you seven men of praise, full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom” (verse 3). This wisdom is not human wisdom. It is spiritual wisdom that comes from God.
Exodus 36 records the people who were called and worked to build the temple. “Bezalel and Oholiab, and the wise in heart, whom the Lord has given wisdom and understanding to know how to do all that is necessary for the sanctuary.” This wisdom is not the innate wisdom of man. It's not even learned wisdom. This wisdom is the wisdom that God pours out along with the filling of the Holy Spirit. We must ask for this wisdom. I pray that you will be filled with the wisdom of God and become a church worker worthy of God's use.

Ⅴ. person who praises

< The apostles told us to choose those who receive praise when choosing the workers of the early church. Believers in Jesus need to be praised not only in church, but also in their neighbors and at work. "Ah! That person is a deacon from a church. Yeah, it's a little different." The early church was praised by all the people (Acts 2:47). So, the number of people who received salvation increased day by day.
