Title: The Imprisonment of All in Disobedience
Contents
Those who do not obey are hated by God, and those who obey are loved by God. Those who disobey are from below, and those who obey are from above. That is why Jesus testified, “You are from below, and I am from above; you are of this world, and I am not of this world” (John 8:23).
There are those who disobey and those who obey. The Bible calls the disobedient person the first, and the obedient person the second. Therefore, "As it is written, The first man Adam became a living spirit, so the last Adam became a life-giving spirit, but first he was not spiritual, but natural, and then spiritual. The Bible testifies that the second man was born from heaven” (1 Corinthians 15:45-47).
Therefore, the fleshly people cannot inherit the kingdom of God, but the spiritual people will inherit the kingdom of God. This is what the Bible calls salvation.
Against this, the Bible testifies more clearly, "For just as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by one man's obedience many will be made righteous" (Romans 5:19).
All people born under the line of Adam, the first man under the sun, are children of disobedience. For this reason, the Bible clearly testifies, “Jesus answered and said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God” (John 3:3).
It is written that God begat the disobedient first and then the obedient, "God has locked up all men in disobedience, so that he may have mercy on all" (Romans 11:32). ), it was the providence to fulfill God's mercy.
Therefore, the Bible testifies, “You were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord; walk as children of light” (Ephesians 5:8).
There is no obedience in the person of original disobedience, so he will never be able to obey. This is because God gave birth to the first man as children of wrath by nature. It is written, “In the midst of them, we all lived in the lusts of our flesh, doing the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, like others, but in trespasses because of the great love that God, who is rich in mercy, loved us. who raised us from the dead together with Christ (by grace you have been saved) and raised us up together in Christ Jesus and seated us together in the heavens in Christ Jesus, because in Christ Jesus, by His mercy toward us, the exceeding riches of His grace will be revealed in generations to come. It is by grace that you have been saved, through faith, and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God” (Ephesians 2:3-8).
For this reason, the Bible says about a person born of the flesh, "I know that nothing good dwells in me, in my flesh, that I want to, but I do not do good. And if I do what I do not want to do, it is not I who do it, but sin that dwells in me” (Romans 7:18-20).
But now of the obedient man, “There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, for the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and death. For what God did that was impossible, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin, condemning sin in the flesh, that the requirements of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh but after the Spirit. 8:1-4) is testifying.
For this reason, unless a person is born again as a man of obedience, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. I hope that many will be born again as people of obedience and become eternal joy and praise to God in Christ Jesus. Amen, thank you Lord.
