Title - The Life God Protects
Bible - Romans 8:32
There is no one in the world who does not value his life.
Nevertheless, in real life, there are many people who spend their lives thinking that they have nothing to do with the problems of life.
For example, some people blow their lives away from cigarette smoke by smoking to relieve their worries, while others are urging their lives to be shortened by worrying about how to live.
To these people, Jesus shows that the problem of human life is not in human hands, but at the level of God by emphasizing that the life of a sparrow, which is only a small creature, is completely in God's hands.
Let's take a closer look at this point in the Bible.

Rev. Bon Hoefer was arrested by the Gestapo in 1943 for shouting for freedom and peace against the brutal Hitler regime in Germany, where he was executed two years later in a concentration camp in Proshenburg.
On April 9, 1945, during his 'Last Worship on Earth' with fellow prisoners, he encouraged them, saying, "For those who believe in the risen Lord, there is a world of light and hope. Never lose heart."
After the service, Rev. Bon Hoefer, who was being taken to the execution room, turned his head and said to his colleagues:
1. The God Who Kills and Gives Life
The first thing that believers should know for sure is that God has the power to kill and save people's lives.
Hannah, who had her son Samuel through prayer in a situation where her womb seemed to have died, realized this fact and sang, “The Lord kills and makes alive; he brings down into the grave, and raises up” (1 Samuel 2:6).
This is the same faith Abraham had when he was a hundred years old and had a son Isaac.
Jesus made this point also, indicating that God can go for the human soul at any time.
Even now, if God wants, He can take our souls. This is human life.
That's why the writer of James said, "What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes" (James 4:14).
Now we are living and breathing thanks to the meticulous consideration of this great and powerful God.
Yehwa - God's Healing Method
Missionary Mrs. Smith, who was evangelizing in a rural area quite deep in Uganda in Africa, suffered from a serious illness and reported every symptom of her illness to the mission headquarters.
There wasn't enough food there and I couldn't even think of it as medicine.
I've been struggling for about a month, and the remittance has arrived. It was truly disappointing.
Missionary Smith, who returned to his home country for a sabbatical the following year, was given a medical examination. I understand the missionary's illness. It was a disease that could be cured by consuming little by little with a soft meal similar to oatmeal and controlling the food with a diet of almost starving for about a month. It will,” he said.
Knowing that God is truly accomplishing everything meaningfully, Missionary Smith could not help but thank God.
This is the difference between God who sees everything and humans who see nothing.
Just as water pours out when we turn on the faucet while praying, everything needs to be answered immediately, so that we can relax and have faith, but God's abacus does not show such calculations.
2. God protects the saints
The surprising and grateful fact is that God uses this great power to save and protect the saints, not to kill them.
“As you pass through the waters, I will be with you; when you cross the rivers, the waters will not sink you, and when you walk through the fires they will not be burned, and the flames will not consume you.” 43:2).
Why? For the Keeper of Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps.
So God told Joshua not to be afraid or startled.
Even though David walks through the valley of the shadow of death, he fears no evil. The Apostle Paul said that even though we are persecuted, we are not forsaken; we are thrown down and do not flee. “If God is for us, who can be against us” (Romans 8:31).
Will God, who did not spare his own Son and gave him up, completely protect our lives?
May you be filled with this faith now.
Therefore, I hope that you will be awake, stand firm in the faith, and live strong like a saint.
Jesus asks us, who are struggling and anxious to live even now, “Aren't you more valuable than many sparrows?”
When life is difficult, I hope that God gives you to look at the sparrows who live each day abundantly.
You will feel the supreme love of God, who gave us a life that is more precious than the world, and who generously gave up his only begotten Son for that life, who neither sleeps nor sleeps.
Thanks to that love, I hope that you value your life, be faithful to your assigned tasks, and live your life day by day.
