Title: The Lord's Concern

1992. 10. 11
In the Gospel of Luke there is a parable of finding three things that have been read.
The first is the parable of the lost sheep, the second is the parable of finding lost gold coins, and the third is the parable of the prodigal son who left and returned.
It can be said that the first emptying of the lost Jah refers to the work of Jesus as the Good Shepherd.
The second parable of the gold coin represents the work of the Holy Spirit, who takes up a lamp and searches for it.
The parable of the third prodigal son interprets the image of the father waiting for his son to return as the image of God the Father.
What these three parables have in common is that they are all lost. They have in common that they lost a few things, which are 1/100 or 1/10, rather than a lot and a lot of things lost. The second commonality is that there are families who do not throw away the lost and simply forget it, but rather search for it by sweeping it with rain and lighting a lamp.
And the third is that we found them all.
After they found it, they said they had a party. Here is the meaning of Christian festivals. The more you say, 'There is little to see in the church for an insignificant being like me', the more precious it becomes, the more God considers it, pays attention to it, seeks it out, and finds it, and God cannot be so pleased with it.
He was healed on the Sabbath. He rescued the sheep from the well on the Sabbath. The Lord said that the Son of Man is the Lord of the Sabbath, and he asked, “Does human beings or the law come first, humans or institutions first?
Christianity always puts human beings first. Above all, people are important. Thus, man was created in the image of God. He works through people and hinders the work of the devil. The system of this church also raises people and works as a permanent office keeper, district manager, choir member and teacher. People are important.
People are not treated as revenge. We don't deal with a bunch of humans. It speaks of the fact that when an individual's individual personality stands before God, the whole group becomes right.
There are many men. There are also many women. But a man does not marry many women. A woman does not marry many men. One man out of many men and one woman out of many meet and marry.
Even when reading a book, you can't put several books at the same time. Read one book and then another. The Bible emphasizes the importance of being alone in several places.
Elijah decided to test which god was the true god against 850 people, a total of 450 prophets of Baal and 400 of Asherah. It's a really great fight. But God helped him to get rid of all 850. When he said, "I am alone," God said, "No, you are not alone. I have left 7,000 of Israel. These are those who have not bowed their knees to Baal and their mouths to Baal." I'm talking about one importance.
If only me is important, so are others.
“Love your neighbor as yourself.”
Let's not think vaguely about patriotism or love. A patriotic and patriotic life loves the one and only wife. I love my one and only husband.
One is important. A clear minority is more important than a vague majority. The Lord cares about the few. The Lord cares about the few among the many. Even if that person doesn't go to church, it doesn't matter that I have evangelized a lot of other people, or that our district continues to grow even if that person doesn't come out, we cannot avoid the Lord's rebuke.
The person God has entrusted to you is important. This is by no means quantifiable. Because it is a precious life that cannot be replaced with anything else. One life is more precious than the whole world.
An animal called a sheep is a gentle, gentle animal. It has no horns to fight and defeat other beasts. You have no weapons to defend yourself against. He has no sense of direction because he has poor eyesight and cannot see far away. They have short legs, so they don't have the ability to run away. A timid beast is a sheep.
He leaves the ninety-nine sheep behind for the one lost sheep. Think of the shepherd who finds it, puts it on his shoulder, and is more happy than the ninety-nine. Keep in mind that the Lord is more concerned with the one lost sheep.
In the Wilderness of Bethsaida, many people ate to their full stomach. No one cared about the leftover crumbs. But the Lord told them to gather it, so they filled seven baskets. The Lord is also interested in the crumbs. The Lord has an extraordinary interest in the crumbling stragglers.
It's a small thing."
It was said that he paid attention to such small things.
A wife who graduated from college had a husband who graduated from public school. We don't get along, but how and how we dated, a wife who graduated from college treats her husband who graduated from public school. When I see my husband, I call him a bastard, a half-brother. And in listening to the neighbors, they give me a pin-zan saying I'm a bastard, a half-brother. Therefore, when the woman passes by, the locals call her that bastard wife, that half-wife. Hearing this, the wife was greatly enlightened.
I moved from that town to another town. And there she exalted her husband. He was called our chief. I told my neighbors that it was our head. The locals call my wife Myeonjang, so they call her Myeonjang together and treat her like Myeonjang. In fact, her husband had a long face, so he was called Myeonjang (myeonja) and long (long) person. So naturally, that wife also became the chief's wife.
There is a saying that you live for a month and hear your voice for the rest of your life. In a way, we are poor people, like a servant. Like a drachma, there is an enemy that neither recognizes nor seeks. I hope you will become pastors, district heads, and saints who pour out one sheep and one drachma.
The Lord is interested in one thing. Soul rather than body, spirit rather than matter, eternal life rather than this life, and the word rather than bread. I bless you in the name of the Lord that you will equally share in this interest. Amen.
