Title: The Lord's Relaxation / John 8:3-11
We are well aware of how the judgment against the adulterous woman was carried out. The Pharisees and scribes who caught the criminals approached and asked questions to test Jesus. Should I throw stones at this woman or should I not? Jesus was going to fall one way or another in these trials.
Second, there was room for logical approach. When Jesus wrote something on the earth, he made others to read it and understand something. And when the innocent asked to throw a stone, no one could throw a stone at her. The more we enter a difficult situation, the more we should learn to have this image of Jesus Christ.
Finally, the leisure of Jesus Christ placed him in a position to judge the adulterous woman. Only those who can afford it will stand in the seat of judgment. In order to judge everything properly and lead it right, you need to be able to see everything broadly and be able to judge everything.
Today we live as disciples of Jesus Christ. But there are many times when we live without leisure. It can be said that this is a phenomenon that occurs because you live according to your own desires. Therefore, we should learn more about the leisure of Jesus Christ and use it well to become church members who lead a better life. Relaxation comes from a sure faith in God and Jesus Christ.
