Title: The Lord Is With You
Contents Bible Text: Song of Songs 1:1-17 Title: The Lord with You
Song of Songs 1:1-17.
* The text refers to the Lord who is with us.
1. We need the Lord's guidance (4)
Matthew 1:23 Let's receive the blessing of Immanuel.
23 Behold, a virgin shall conceive and bear a son,
and his name shall be called Immanuel.
It is translated, “God is with us.”
2. The beauty of saints is godly faith, noble character, and edifying life
Through the back, the true beauty of the saints is revealed.
In Romans 2:11
11 For God is no respecter of persons. See 1 Corinthians 1:26-31?
26 Behold your calling, brethren, that there are not many wise according to the flesh,
There are not many mighty, not many well-known. 27 But God has chosen the foolish things of the world,
To shame the wise, He chose the weak things of the world
To put to shame the strong, 28 God chose the lowly things of the world, the despised things, and the things that do not exist.
29 He wants to abolish things that exist, so that no flesh may boast before God. 30 You are of God and are in Christ Jesus.
Jesus came from God and gave us wisdom, righteousness, holiness,
31 For as it is written, He who boasts, let him boast in the Lord.
3. The Lord Wants to Be with the Saints
Galatians 2:20
20 I have been crucified with Christ
So I am no longer living
but Christ lives in me
Now that I live in the flesh, love me
I believe in the Son of God who gave himself for me
to live by faith
