Title: The Lord, the Eternal City of Refuge

Contents

We are under the eternal Atonement. This is because our Lord has become a high priest forever, according to the order of Melchizedek, where the priesthood is not divided. As it is written in the Bible, “You are a priest forever after the order of Melchizedek” (Hebrews 7:17), now our high priest does not die again, but lives forever, so that we can work out perfect salvation in him. . It is written, “Jesus lives forever, and his priesthood does not change; therefore he is able to save completely those who come to God through him, because he always lives to make intercession for them” (Hebrews 7:24-25). It is like Hashim.

Concerning the slaves of Egypt who did not enter the city of God's rest, the eternal refuge, the Bible says, "They will not enter into my rest, as I swore in my wrath..." (Hebrews 3: 11) You did. Also, the Bible testifies about this, "As we are, we also have the gospel preached, but the words they heard did not benefit them, because those who hear them do not unite their faith" (Hebrews 4:2). The reason that the hearers did not unite their faith is because they denied the reality of the gospel and followed the illusion of the gospel. If you say "justify", then it is the word of God to become righteous.

Moses, who had received evidence that no one in the world was more meek than Moses, also had a case where the spirit of the people became mad at him at the waters of Meribah. Regarding this, the Bible records that when he brought Israel from Egypt to Canaan (from death to life), he tested them at Massa and quarreled with them by the waters of Meribah. Then Moses and Aaron gathered the assembly before the rock, and Moses, unable to bear the complaints of the people, said to them, "Listen, you rebels, shall we bring water for you out of this rock?" They struck the rock twice, and water came out abundantly, and the congregation and their animals drank.

Because of this, Moses looked to Canaan, but could not enter the Promised Land. It is written, "Then the LORD said to Moses and Aaron, "You will not bring this assembly into the land I am giving them, because you did not believe in Me and show My holiness in the sight of the children of Israel" (Numbers 20:12). It's like Ham.

For this reason, it is recorded that Satan had a fight with the archangel Michael over the body of Moses, knowing that it was his property. It is clear that Moses' body was taken by the archangel Michael at the command of God. This is because Moses had seen the Lord with Elijah on the holy mountain.

Therefore, Moses' body has disappeared from the world, and no one knows the tomb of Moses to this day. It is written, "So Moses the servant of the LORD died in the land of Moab, just as the LORD had said, and was buried in the valley in the land of Moab opposite Beth-Peor, to this day no one knows his tomb" (Deuteronomy 34:5-6). There is.

Regarding Israel's redemption in Egypt, but all died in the wilderness, and only Joshua and Caleb crossed the Jordan, the Bible says, "All belonged to Moses, and were baptized in the cloud and in the sea, and all ate the same spiritual food, and all ate the same spiritual drink. They drank from the spiritual rock that followed them, and that rock was Christ. But they were destroyed in the wilderness, because God was not pleased with the majority of them” (1 Corinthians 10:2-5). Even now, it is written as a warning to many people whose sins are forgiven by the grace of Christ.

Therefore, to everyone in the world whose sins are forgiven, the Bible testifies with the words, “Therefore, let us make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one may fall from that example of disobedience” (Hebrews 4:11). Those who enter the city of refuge take a break from their work. It is written, “He who has entered into his rest rests from his work, just as God rests from his work” (Hebrews 4:10).

We are in the city of refuge, Christ Jesus, and Christ Jesus is in God. At that time, the shadow of the true thing, if the priest died, he would come out of the city of refuge and sin again, but now that the priest does not die forever, any time he leaves the city of refuge, it is eternal death.

Therefore, in Christ Jesus there is no condemnation, but outside Christ Jesus it is condemnation, which is death. This is because Christ Jesus, whoever is in the city of refuge, will never again offer sacrifices for sins, because the law of the Spirit of life in the city of refuge has forever set them free from the law of sin and death outside the city of refuge.

This is the mystery of God, the mystery of Christ, the eternal High Priest. Those who are in the eternal city of refuge, the world is crucified to me, and so is I to the world. Thus, those who are passed from death to life receive eternal citizenship and walk in new life.

The voice of the Lord is heard outside the city of refuge, and the sealing of the Holy Spirit is done inside the city of refuge. But all these things were already accomplished in Christ Jesus by God before the foundation of the world. It is written, “We who have already believed enter that rest, as it was said, that they shall not enter into my rest, as I swore in my wrath.” (Hebrews 4:3) ) is the same as Hashim.
