Title: The Lord Who Holds My Soul

Jehovah uphold my soul
(Psalm 107:4-21)
1. What is a soul?
According to the dictionary, the soul is “a spiritual entity that exists apart from the body and is thought to be the driving force of human activity”. .
This soul exists only in man. It is this soul that distinguishes man from beasts and from wood and stone. For example, a dog doesn't cry for biting someone's leg. Pigs do not repent because they have sinned a lot. Animals cannot worship God. Because there is no soul.
Some say that because plants have only living souls, animals have individual souls, and humans have souls above them, they are the lord of all things, and they are treated with dignity and dignity. That's right. This soul is a special gift that God has given only to us humans.
2. What happened to my soul?
But, what about my soul? Let's take a look. Let me reflect my soul in the mirror of conscience at this time. yes is it clean? Are you dirty? Are you sick? Are you healthy? Is it broken? Are you in good health? Are the screws loose and rattle? Is the machine running well?
Anyone who is pure in my soul will be treated with honor. A person with a healthy soul cannot sin because of Satan the devil because the Holy Spirit is in him. I only tell the truth.
But a broken soul speaks only broken words. A person with a sick soul naturally speaks only sick words. Those with living souls do well on Holy Week, prayer without prayer, blissful joy, Bible reading, evangelism, salvation for children, loyal service, and devotion thanks. How is my soul?
3. The soul is immortal.
Our souls do not die. Neither old nor senile. My soul does not perish. The soul is immortal. Here is the problem. If the soul has a time to go and die, there will be better people. Sinners who died without repentance.
But the soul does not die. Broken souls, sick souls, and sinful souls go to hell and do not die, but the pain and suffering do not stop and continue unhealed. When the soul is sick, the soul suffers, the body suffers, the body suffers, and eventually the body dies, and the soul does not die and continues to suffer.
However, there is someone who accepts our souls and there is someone who heals us. Jesus accepts it and heals it with the blood of the cross.
4. The Lord upholds my soul.
If you bring this paralyzed conscience, broken heart, and sick soul before the Lord and cry out to the Lord, He will save you from suffering and deliver you from darkness and death. He sent the word and said that he would deliver them from the pagan sutras. It is said that he will lead you to the port of wish even in rough winds and waves. Even on the desert road in the wilderness... … .
