Title: The Most Valuable Life

Contents

God is gracious.

God saves our souls from the crisis of destruction and heals diseases both physically and mentally,

He is the one who always protects you from hypocrisy. (Psalm 107:2)

Since God appeared to the world with love, our trust in God is trusting and believing in His love.

God revealed His work to the world through Jesus Christ and made God known through Him, so everything that Jesus did in the world was God's work. (John 10:30)

There are great things about believing in Jesus and knowing God. me and my father are one

It is nothing other than repenting of oneself before the word of God.

Repentance is a confession of a person who, because he or she trusts in God's love, wants to live in the eternal life that God gives after confessing his sins and evil to God and asking for forgiveness.

When God Sends His Son into the World

The reason that sin was condemned on that body was to show the world through Jesus that there is no one righteous in the world, not even one.

Jesus, who came into the world in the body of sin, to all mankind,

He said that anyone who has a sinful life will live and die under the power of the devil, who has seized the power of death.

In order to avoid the judgment of eternal death after death, we recommend that you accept Jesus, who has come as the Savior of the world, as your Savior, but the devil, who has the power of death, not only blocks people's eyes and ears from hearing the voice of God, but also prevents them from hearing the voice of God. , it darkens the heart and captures the hearts of men who seek to know God, and then makes them live captivated by various sins and evils.

Therefore, those who belong to the devil and do not want to know God and not believe in Jesus are those who do not love their own souls and do not want to be free from various sins and transgressions.

Did God send His Son into the world?

He made Him take on the burden of all human weaknesses, deficiencies, diseases, and various sins and transgressions.

Jesus, sent by God, is the best news in the world, the gospel.

The gospel- God is God's love to save mankind, and it is God's heart.

Jesus, who came to this earth as the Son of God, spoke to a large crowd from the Philippi region of Caesarea.

In Matthew 16:14 we read, “Who do people say that I am?

When asking questions, many people confess Jesus as they have experienced, seen, and realized.

The person who saw the miracle is Elijah, the person who saw Jesus weeping over the poor and marginalized is Jeremiah the weeping prophet, and some people confess as one of the prophets.

We also believed in Jesus, whom God sent us, but the motives of our faith will be different for each of us.

No matter what circumstances we believed in Jesus, the testimonies of faith on our lips are

“You must confess that you are the Christ, the Son of the living God.

Even though I was sick and met Jesus to be healed, I met Jesus in my sorrow and was comforted,

Even if we met Jesus in the midst of suffering and overcame suffering, what is the final confession of faith on our lips?

“You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” There must be a confession.

The Nobel Prize for Literature, Ernest Hemingway, said, "For whom do the bells ring?" American novelist known for his works such as "Farewell to Arms" and "The Old Man and the Sea".

He was married four times in his life, and wrote twelve books.

But at the age of 61, struggling with severe depression, loneliness, and pain, he eventually killed himself by shooting himself in the head with a hunting rifle. .” This is a confession that he did not know the value of his existence without having a direction in life.

Even around us today, there are many people who live with such a broken heart, and there are people who say they are living a religious life, but do not know the direction of life and how to live the most valuable life.

} Also in the text, Pharisees, who were the most learned at the time, came before Jesus to test him, verse 30- “Teacher, which commandment in the law is the greatest?” asks.

This question can be interpreted from many angles, but after receiving this question, Jesus tells us that the most valuable thing for a person is to practice love.

} The saint “Augustine” said that there are four types of love for people to love.

The first is to love the one above me,

The second is to love yourself,

Third is to love the person next to you,

The fourth is to love the person below me.

Today, through the text, we will focus on the object that believers must love in order to live the most valuable life.

1. How to live the most valuable life? First of all, you must love God.

Verse 37 tells us to love God with all our heart, with all our strength, with all our soul, and with all our mind.

The command to love God with all your heart, mind, and soul means love with the heart. Just as a boxer cannot beat his opponent unless his weight is put on the punch he throws, love without the center of the saints who loves God is hypocrisy and does not win the favor of God.

Everyone loves the things that are useful in their lives, but the first thing you and I will love is God. Psalm 27:10- “My parents have forsaken me, but the Lord will receive me.”

The reason we should love God so much is because God first loved us.

1 John 4:10 - “Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that God loved us and sent his Son as the propitiation for our sins.”

Isaiah 53 records the love of God who loves us.

We can find God's sacrificial love for us on the cross.

He was pierced for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities, his discipline gave us peace, and his wounds made us healed.

Believe that the only thing we will love first is God because he became poor and we live a rich life.

1 John 5 says, “This is the love of God, that we keep his commandments.” I hope that you will be the first to love God by obeying God's Word.

2. We must love ourselves.

Verse 39 - “The second is like that, for it is said, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.

If you look at the word “as your own body” here, the second thing we need to love in order to live a worthy life is ourselves before we can love our neighbors.

We saw God's great and wonderful love in Isaiah 53.

I saw how expensive God had to pay to save me.

God not only gave his only begotten Son to the seat of death for us, who were sinners, but also abandoned the throne and was born in a stable in Bethlehem in the land of Judea.

Not only did He adopt us as our children, who are full of faults and weaknesses, He also promised the kingdom of heaven.

The worst person in the world is a person who does not love his soul and does not care for his soul.

Even if you have everything in the world, you cannot find your soul before God.

Jesus says that those who do not wake up their sleeping souls with the word of God are the most foolish through the parable of the rich man in Luke 12:20 and below.

Proverbs 16:17- “Departing from evil is the highway of the upright, but he who keeps his way preserves his soul.” I hope that you will love yourself by loving yourself like the Word, and keep the Word and do it.

3. We must love our neighbor.

Verse 39 - “The second is like this: Love your neighbor as yourself.”

“Love your neighbor as yourself.” These words were not spoken by Jesus Himself.

These words were quoted by Jesus as “the statute and the prophets” in Leviticus 19:18. What is the Code? It refers to a summary of the basic goals, policies, and norms of a political party or organization, etc. The Apostle Paul quoted it twice and James once (James 2:8) quoted how valuable these words are.

In order to put these words into practice, we must first consider who our neighbors are.

In Luke 10:30 and below, Jesus explained the meaning of neighbor through the parable of the good Samaritan.

All those who suffer and need our help are our neighbors.

} But the text says, “Love your neighbor as yourself.” You said.

The meaning of these words is that I only need to love my neighbor as much as I love myself.

To love God, we must give our lives.

But love of neighbor means that you only need to do as much as you moss and love yourself.

Many scholars refer to the present age as the age of selfishness.

In the present age as well as in the past and in the future, just as Adam and Eve did, in this age of building a huge tower of knowledge and culture just for yourself, I want you and me to live the most valuable and rewarding life and receive God's grace and love. ?

1) Love God,

2) Love one's own soul and keep the word of God and do it;

3) I bless you to remember that you must love your neighbor as yourself.

Please believe that God will give grace to these people for thousands of generations.
