Title: The name of light and life, Jesus.

When I was a sophomore in high school, I was rummaging through the Bible of my partner sitting next to me, half curious and half fun, and I remember that trustworthy partner looked at me and said this with a serious face. "You may not believe it, but Jesus died for us. And He is our savior." Say it. At that time, I could neither affirm nor deny, seeing the amazingly good and clear eyes of my partner. It was because I couldn't really believe what my partner said. I might have wanted to ask a lot of questions about why Jesus, the Son of God, who made everything in the world, came down here and died because of me, but I was caught up in the thought that I should not know more than that. appearance comes to mind. Even the words of death and salvation were so fearful to me at the time when I did not know Jesus. (This New Year's Eve, I went down to my house and happened to meet a friend on the road. He almost fell to the floor when he heard that I was going to church hard in Seoul.)
But even now, sometimes the surprising fact is unbelievable. The important thing is 'why'?' It's not a 'how', but a 'how'. How did Jesus come to this earth as a human being for my sins (even his title is changed) and how he can love me like this, every time I receive grace from him, I mumble to myself. "This is nonsense." Say it.
In 1:14, the word that Jesus became the Word of wisdom itself and was with us was also a great grace. Just as Jesus is the light and life, I hope you will never forget that the Word becomes light and life. So, I hope that we will become those who testify to the fact that if we live according to God's word, our lives will also shine. You don't know how reassuring you are to come to the Lord who is the brightest light after being in the dark. Oh, what a absurd, mere thanksgiving love of Jesus. I will pray that the family of Jesus Village wins through that love every day. Shalom-
