Title: The One Who Belongs to the Truth

Waiting... Waiting without a promise is the most painful and heartbreaking thing. When we heard the shocking news that happened in Yeonpyeong Island last week, we became angry together and realized that we had to pray together. Through this incident, in which two soldiers, two civilians, and dozens of others were injured in the indiscriminate bombing of the North Korean military, the entire nation, or even many people around the world, are paying attention to the incident that happened on the Korean Peninsula.
There are no words to express the feelings of a mother when her child goes to the battlefield and returns to the corpse. If you ask the mother, what are you most looking forward to? Each person's definition of waiting will be different for each situation and environment. However, there is the most blessed waiting that will remain even after solving all of that. It is waiting for the Messiah to solve the problems of mankind. In the sense that this case is also a provocation equivalent to a quasi-war in a situation where the South and the North are confronted, the fundamental solution is the complete unity of the South and the North. It is possible only through the gospel, not through any politics or force. We must pray that the gospel enters the northern land and changes people's hearts, and that God has mercy on the northern land. No matter how good weapons they threaten and persuade them, they are still able to carry out a second provocation in order to maintain their political vested interests, even if they do not know it from the outside.
In particular, this case is also the reason why our church is paying more attention to it. Dr. David Ower, who recently visited Korea, warned that war could break out on the Korean Peninsula if the Church of God and the people of God on this earth did not restore a holy life. “Only God can save this nation (the Korean people) from war. Only the God of Israel. Korea has achieved outstanding economic development. The development in the high-tech field is particularly dazzling. There are some things that Koreans should remember. (This blessing was not made by the Korean people on their own), but was given by God. Only God can give this blessing. God wants Koreans to know that they are “worshiping idols.” We want leaders to turn away from situations of sexual immorality. The church is in the most important position in repentance. If the church repents, God will give Korea a wonderful revival. But if the church does not tolerate or repent of sin, God will no longer use Korea as a tool.”
He repeated what he said at each meeting.
What does the phrase 'new leather corps' mean? It was said that we needed a new unit. The lecturer spiritually explained what a 'skin sack' was, emphasizing the need for a new sack. It was something I couldn't hear easily, so I listened carefully. Then he quietly sang the gospel song, “I want to be the joy of the Lord.” There is a verse that reads, “Inject it into new skins…” As I was thinking about what it would be like to become a new unit, the phrase ‘I need a new leather unit’ came up anew while I was organizing an interview with Oww today.
It is written in the Bible that “war is of God” (2 Chronicles 20:15). There is also a saying, “If God is for us, who can be against us” (Romans 8:31). It is God who gives war, and it is God who wins. The phrase ‘who will be against us’ gives us comfort. However, this is also conditional. ‘If God is for us’ can be translated as ‘If God is for us’. The condition “if God is on our side” is attached. Then you can't help but think What if 'if not on one side' or 'if he hates us'?
Then Owu spoke straight. “This is a very important question. It is hard to imagine.” In the midst of the great chaos caused by North Korea's provocation in Yeonpyeong Island, the Korean church and its members must take the lead, humble themselves, and pray while asking God's will.
“If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and forgive their sin and heal their land” (2 Chronicles 7:14).
The Lord is wholly of truth. He also urged his followers to always abide in the truth. And He Himself taught the example of the life of those who belong to the truth. Even when he was arrested and questioned by the Roman soldiers, the Lord still belonged to the truth and did not blame God. He did not complain to God why he had to suffer like this. He silently stayed in the truth and asked God's will.
Rather, Peter's confidence that he would confidently walk with the Lord until the moment of death collapsed in the moment when his life was in danger, and he denied knowing Jesus three times. The Lord loved Peter more than Peter himself, and knew Peter better than Peter himself.
Dear all!
The Lord knows us better than we do. He knows our weaknesses and knows what we suffer from and what can help us solve life's problems. That is why He came to this earth to save us by carrying the cross. Therefore, Advent, waiting for the Lord's Christmas, is not a feast that has nothing to do with me, but God's plan thoroughly made for me. You must enter by faith into the boundless plan of God's grace.
I pray in the name of the Lord that you will become those of the truth and enjoy the freedom of the truth. Let's pray.
