Our ancestors of faith lived in this world like strangers. I didn't live as if this land was everything, but I lived as a pilgrim looking at God's promises. Therefore, he says to them, “I was a person the world couldn’t handle.” They did not live in fear of the world, but rather, the world feared them. As strangers and pilgrims, living with spiritual strength and power, they lived in the wilderness and crypts, but they gave the world fear. Who is the world afraid of?
1. The people the world fears are those who dream of faith.
2. The world fears those who do not cling to possessions.
3. The world fears those who are not afraid of death. The scariest people are those who are determined to die when they die. Everyone has the fear of death, but we can never defeat someone who has a mind and a mind that transcends death. This is because the energy of a person who takes a single approach and the energy of an ordinary person are different. The reason that the early church members were able to overcome the pressure of hardship and trials was because they had already transcended death. The most unfortunate people in the world are those who know and hesitate. A person who cannot make a decision and always stays in the same place in life will not be able to move forward at any time. In Hebrews 2:16, Jesus says that He wants to set free those who are enslaved to death. He freed us from the fears of life and gave us real victory. Therefore, the world has no choice but to fear people of faith. Because they do not have this power.
