1. Who is God?

2. Who am I?
Dietrich Bonhoeffer was a German theologian. He was a German theologian who fought against Nazi Germany during World War II. One day, he is caught by the Nazis on treason and is put in prison. “Who the hell am I?”
Calmly, cheerfully, steadfastly, people often tell me that I come out of the cell as a lord comes out of his castle, but who the hell am I? People often tell me that I talk freely, kindly, clearly, as if I was ordering, with the guards. Who the hell am I? Calmly, smiling, proudly, like someone accustomed to triumph, people tell me that I am enduring my unhappy days. Am I really what people say I am? If not, am I just a mere acquaintance?

Is he a hypocrite in front of men, a poor weak man who cannot help but despise himself in front of himself? Or is what is still in me like the losers who are scattered and retreat in a battle that has already been won or lost? Who the hell am I? This lonely question makes me laugh.
Whoever I am, oh God, you know me. I am yours.
The Bible tells us who we are. We belong to the Lord.

☞The Bible calls us the things of God who has called us by name. (Isa 43:1)
3. Specifically, who does God call me?

You are a child of God. Jesus Christ has made those who believe in His name and receive Him as children of God.

4. God who boasts of his children
This is today's text. Through the story of Job, we will realize how God's children should live, and we will meet God who is pleased and proud of His children who live according to His will.

“3: Then the LORD said to Satan, “Have you taken note of my servant Job? There is no one in the world so innocent and upright, fearing God, and turning away from evil. Even though you stirred me up against him without cause, he did not respect his integrity. I hold fast.”
Satan's tactics
“4: Satan answered the LORD, saying, “Skin is exchanged for skin, and all that a man has shall his life be exchanged for. 5: Now stretch out your hand and strike his bone and his flesh, and he will surely meet you face to face. 6: Then the LORD said to Satan, "I give him into your hand, but do not harm his life. 7: Then Satan withdrew from the presence of the LORD and struck Job, causing a sore sore from the sole of his foot to the top of his head."
Job's deeds of faith

●What is the illegal standard?
Those who hear the word of the Lord and obey it!
No matter how outstanding such gifts are, if they do not harm the unity of the church or build up the church, it is not a gift from the Holy Spirit. The work of the Holy Spirit is not separation or discrimination, but unity, and it is the power to build up the church according to God's will. It is the power of the Holy Spirit to constantly pursue the unity of the church and to think about the good of the community.
The Word of God is the work of the Church, the body of the Lord, to become one through the Holy Spirit.
It is to keep and practice the completed law of ‘love one another’.
In the name of the Lord, even though I work hard at something, it is the fact that God may not be pleased.
God is pleased with believers who love God and love their neighbors as themselves. And you are proud of it in heaven.
In the name of the Lord, those who keep His word and do it, even in the midst of undesirable circumstances and hardships, please God.
