22. The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
23. Speak to Aaron and his sons, saying, This is how you bless the children of Israel, saying,
24. The LORD bless you and keep you,
25. May the LORD make his face shine upon you and be gracious;
26. The LORD will turn his face upon you and say, ‘Peace be upon you.
27. They shall thus bless the children of Israel in my name, and I will bless them.

1 Therefore, putting away all malice, and all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and all slander,
2 Like newborn babies, long for the pure, spiritual milk, so that through it you may grow up to salvation.
3 If you have tasted the mercy of the Lord, do so.
4 Come to Jesus, a precious and precious living stone rejected by men, but chosen by God.
5 You also, like living stones, are being built up as a spiritual house, a holy priesthood to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.
6 For it is written in the scriptures, a) Behold, I lay in Zion a chosen and precious cornerstone, and whoever believes in him will not be put to shame. Isaiah 28:16
7 Therefore it is a treasure to you who believe, but to those who do not believe, the stone that the builders rejected will be the cornerstone, Psalm 118:22
8 And c) a stone of stumbling and a rock of stumbling. They stumble because they disobey the word, for this is how it was ordained them. Isaiah 8:14
9 But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the goodness of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.
10 For you were once not a people, but now you are God's people, where you previously had not received mercy, but now you have obtained mercy.

Title: Priest of All People
Text: Numbers 6:22-27, 1 Peter 2:1-10
The ‘Priesthood of all believers’ is a product of the Reformation. The seeds of skepticism about the religious life led by the Roman Catholic Pope in the Middle Ages are the result of pondering on the original Christian faith. The Bible was the basis for finding and confirming Christianity's original faith and calling for restoration to its original state (2 Timothy 3:15-17). So, the cry of the seeds called the Reformers was ‘Let’s go back to the Bible. Contrary to the expectations of his father, Hans Luther, Martin Luther, who became a monk at the Augustinian Monastery, made it his lifelong mission to become a professor of biblical theology. Realizing that the cause of the shameful reality of the Roman Catholic Church at that time, including indulgences, was caused by the distortion of the Bible, he put forward the ‘95 theses’. October 31, 1517 was the eve of All Saints Day. It is also the fruit of that flag.
As a model of Christ, they insisted on the system and ritual of the human mediator in the Old Testament era in the New Testament era as well. It raises issues regarding the right to apologise, the right to consecrate, and the exclusive right to interpret the Bible through the sacrament of confession. It raised questions about the assertion that repentance, reading and understanding the Bible, and even complete worship without them were impossible. It leads to pointing out that it is an anti-biblical crime that not only deviated from the teachings of the Bible, but also denied the uniqueness, completeness, and finality of the atoning work of Christ. The human intercession work in the Old Testament era, which was a type of Christ, was completed in Jesus Christ (John 19:30). When Jesus died on the cross, the veil of the sanctuary was torn from top to bottom (Matthew 27:51; Hebrews 10:19,20). It was a cry of truth confirmed in the Bible.
‘You are a chosen people. They are royal priests. It's a holy country. His own people, that you may proclaim the goodness of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light” (1 Peter 2:9). “God desires all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth” (1 Timothy 2:4). So the necessary human intercession ended its role in Jesus Christ (Hebrews 7:27; 1 Timothy 2:5). And he sent the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Jesus Christ (John 14:16,17), to be with all Christians and to receive and enjoy His love and grace. Through the presence of the Holy Spirit, all salvation work begins and proceeds. He leads the entire process of being born again (John 3:5) and sanctification (John 14:26; 16:13). Therefore, all necessary intercession is included in walking according to the Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:16).
Now consider the Christian life. It is the life of believers who have believed in Jesus Christ and have been born again on earth. The expression “body” refers to this Christian life. ‘Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not yours, but you were bought with a price; therefore glorify God in your body” (1 Corinthians 6:19, 20). The Christian life on earth is the life Jesus Christ lives in us (Galatians 2:20). It is the reality of offering a living sacrifice in the body (Romans 12:1,2). It is the realization of the life entrusted to the sanctified status (1 Corinthians 3:16,17). Today, as in the Old Testament text (Numbers 6:22-27) and the New Testament text (1 Peter 2:1-10), it is a message to fulfill the duty entrusted to us as members of the body of Christ, the church (the spiritual house). Let’s pay attention to ‘Forsake… longing for’ (vs.
