The reality of Jesus Nasim

(Luke 2:1-14)

(…) This morning I will tell you about the reality of Christmas. The coming of Jesus was prophesied around 800 BC, but people were indifferent. Some knew only by knowledge. He persecuted men like Herod. But at that time, wise men from the East, such as Babylon and Persia, crossed mountains, crossed deserts, and traveled thousands of miles to worship Jesus. One day the Lord will return to this earth. Even then, like when you first came to Judea, some people are indifferent to the Second Coming, some know it only intellectually, and those who ridiculed and despised the Second Coming and lived reverently waiting for the Second Coming will worship the Lord through the Rapture. .(…) With that in mind, I hope you will see the reality of the Lord coming to the stable.(…) What is the reality of the night the Lord was born?

① Christmas represents the glory of God.

(…) Our Lord came to die for sinners who are perishing. He said, “The Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve.” To become a royal priesthood. God's grace and truth are here. The baby who comes to die for the forgiveness of human sins comes to the stables of Bethlehem. Because it is a work of grace that cannot be described in human history, the world divides history into AD and BC and spreads this gospel of grace for a new work. Glory in heaven.

② On earth it is joy and peace.

We are saved only when we receive and believe in Jesus. It is joy.(…) This joy is the joy of the coming of the King and the joy of welcoming the Savior. It is the joy of finding the lost sheep and finding the lost shepherd.(…) It is the joy of forgiving the sins of the people and rejoicing. There is the joy of creating a new creation.(…) The coming of the Lord brings peace between God and us. Peace in the world is the peace that comes from fighting, conquering, and unifying, but peace with God is the peace that comes through love and forgiveness. This peace is reconciliation with God and restoration of relationships.

③ We must believe and receive.

Everyone, did you hear me? This is the reality of the Christmas of Jesus.(…) It doesn't matter if you don't go to the various operas that decorate the year-end. But it is essential that Jesus was born of the virgin. The reality of Christmas, which is glory in heaven and peace on earth, is indispensable. The prevention of the wise men, the preaching of the shepherds outside them, the proclamation of the angel Michael, the songs of the angels, the faith of Mary, the obedience of Joseph, and the slaughter of boys near Bethlehem are essential. Zacharias near Bethlehem, and the elderly Simeon and Anna in the temple of Elisabeth Jerusalem. Such a person is indispensable. All of these people have witnessed the reality of Christmas.(…) December is the season of Christmas, the month to worship our King, God. We must understand Jesus rightly (…). We must believe in the coming of Christ. Those who receive Him are those who believe in Him.(…)

Today, our church must keep the reality of Christmas. The glory of God and the peace of men are the glorious missions that the church continues to preach on this earth. The church is to be a production plant that produces the glory of God, the peace of man, and must be a production worker. Amen.
