Title: The Righteous God/Hebrews 1:9
Contents Righteous God/Hebrews 1:9
“Because you loved righteousness and hated iniquity, therefore God, your God, has anointed you with the oil of joy to be superior to your fellow men” (Hebrews 1:9).
Word: Who is God? God is both love and righteous at the same time. God's love and impartial are like two sides of a coin and two wheels of a cart. God's love is a love based on impartiality. Because God is righteous, only the righteous cannot become God's children. To become a child of God, you must first believe in Jesus and be justified. Because God is righteous, those who believe in God lead a righteous life. We live righteously not because we are afraid or afraid of the law, but because we have become righteous.
There is a Latin word for ‘Coram Deo’. It means 'standing before God'. If we live with the faith that we stand before God anytime and anywhere, we cannot sin. People speed a lot while driving. However, if there is a speeding sign, slow down immediately. Because enforcement cameras are not scary, they are afraid of punishment. Who is a righteous God?
First, he hates sin. What God hates and hates the most is sin. Original sin has three main characteristics. Disbelief, pride, and greed. They are the three musketeers of sin that God hates the most. It was because of these three sins that Adam and Eve fell in the Garden of Eden. It was because of pride and greed, who doubted the word of God and wanted to become like God.
Second, He loves the righteous. Because God is righteous, He loves and blesses the righteous. Satan the Devil loves sin because he is the chief of unrighteousness. God loves justified Christians. He loves the righteous more than fathers love their children.
Third, He makes righteous judgments. In this world, it seems that injustice prevails and injustice triumphs. But the righteous God judges unrighteousness and saves the righteous. The victory of the unrighteous is temporary, and the victory of the righteous is eternal.
