Title: The Risen Jesus / Mark 16:1-8
Content - The Risen Jesus -
Mark 16:1-8
Today's text is about the resurrection of Jesus Christ, who overcame the power of death. The Bible says, "Jesus is risen."
First, these words are the gospel for those who love Jesus unchangingly. Early in the morning after the Sabbath, the three women who came to Jesus' tomb with spices were those who had received favor from Jesus and served them. They were watching from afar the day Jesus died on the cross. was there There were many people who looked to the Lord that day, but they were the only ones who expressed that love with their bodies. The man of the Lord who saved me was grateful and thankful, and followed the Lord. Whether the Lord was carrying the cross or in the tomb, their love did not change. Those who love the Lord steadfastly are always where they need to be. Those people are always there during worship, evangelism, service, and prayer. The grace of the Lord is added to these people.
1. I give you something precious to give to the Lord. Giving the best for the beloved Lord is a precious faith.
2. I go to the Lord early in the morning. Approaching the Lord early in the morning is an expression of faith in loving Him more than anything else in the world.
3. Not afraid of danger. All the disciples ran away, and the people who did not receive Jesus on the cross were still being watched, but the people of faith who loved the Lord could not be stopped by anything in the world.
4. Do not hesitate because of obstacles. Those who loved the Lord did not sit and worry about moving stones. I got up and went to the tomb. Even before arriving at the tomb, the stone had already been moved. The Lord goes before those who love Him and worships the way.
5. Meet the resurrected Jesus. There is unexpected grace for those who love the Lord. I met the resurrected Jesus Christ, which I never dreamed of.
Second, the resurrection is the gospel for those who have failed. All of Jesus' disciples were failures and traitors, but because of the Lord's resurrection, all their disappointments turned into joy and failure turned into triumph. The resurrected Lord tells us that we will meet the disciples in Galilee who will sit down with their failures. Let's meet at the place where the Lord called and met you, the place where you nurtured and prayed together with the word, and where you carried out your mission while preaching the word! The risen Lord wants to meet you today in this body of the church.
The good news of the resurrection to those who love the Lord unchangingly and the good news of the resurrection to the disciples in despair and frustration are being heard in each of you.
"Jesus is risen." I hope that the work of eternal victory in the resurrected Jesus will take place in this church, you and this nation. Amen.
