Bible: Romans 8:1-2

Democratization movement is in full swing in North Africa. Egyptians protesting against coercion forced Mubarak to resign, and in Libya, clashes between dictator Gaddafi and civilians broke out.
A.D. In about 60 AD, there was an uprising of the Israelites against Rome. In the northwest of Jerusalem, the area called Caesarea, where the commander-in-chief of the Roman army was at the time, took place.
Not seeing Israel's growing uprising, Rome sent a man named Vespesian, then a military commander, to the Israeli region to put down the uprising. Commander Vespesian was so experienced and a good war general that he suppressed the uprising. Now, if only a few are suppressed, we have reached the stage where all the uprisings have been suppressed, and Nero, the emperor at the time, will die. The Roman Senate decided that Vespecian would be the next emperor after Nero. So Vespecian returned to Rome, and Vespezian's son, a general named Titus, was sent to Israel to quell the nearly suppressed Israeli uprising.
He proceeded to suppress the uprising, which was almost at the final stage, more forcefully than before, entering Jerusalem and destroying the Jerusalem Temple. Titus destroyed the Temple in Jerusalem, hoping that Judaism and Christianity would disappear from the world. However, contrary to the wishes of Titus, Jews spread all over the world to make Judaism stronger, and Christianity also spread throughout the world, resulting in greater development.
In fact, until then, Christianity was not completely separated from Judaism, and remained like a branch of Judaism. So, if we read Acts or Paul's epistles, we can see that the problem of circumcision and food is constantly coming up. However, after the temple in Jerusalem was completely destroyed, Christianity could be completely separated from Judaism.
In this way, there must be a turning point in our life. It is the greatest symbol of Judaism's faith, and the collapse of the temple that stood at the center is now a great and grave crisis that seems to be the end of Judaism itself. However, God completely separated Judaism and Christianity through the destruction of the temple, and Christianity was evangelized to more people and became a very large religion in the world.
Obviously, it was the fault of the Jews and Christians that the Jerusalem Temple was destroyed. However, please remember that God made the event even more mature. So is our life. Clearly, there must be some parts of our lives where we were wrong and where we made mistakes.
Just because we make a mistake, forget about what we did wrong, or erase it from our memory doesn't solve it. Only God can solve our mistakes, faults, and the resulting guilt. We must never forget that it is the Creator, God, who has created us, who lifts all our burdens and renews our hearts. In 1 John chapter 2, we read, “I am writing and making known the words of the Bible to you. But if any of you have sinned, go to God. Beside God is the Advocate Jesus Christ who speaks on your behalf. Jesus Christ became the propitiation for your sins. Jesus Christ will forgive your sins.”
In this way, there are a few important things that make us new. First, we must come before God and confess our sins. Second, we must repent of our confessed sins. Many people think that repentance is repentance when they say that they are wrong, but that is wrong. Repentance is turning around. In turning, there is forgiveness and restoration.
There is a movie called 'Men in Black', and seeing the story, the US intelligence department has developed a technology that allows the US intelligence to remember what should be remembered for someone, and to inject important information about the United States if the agent has it and erase that information. It's a virtual film that you have. It is virtual. Our memories don't go away just because we erase them so easily. Please remember the blessings you have been given. Only then, I believe that tomorrow will be brighter and brighter than today, with a new life and God's blessings coming down every day.
