Title: The Saints Who Plant Good Seeds
Bible: Galatians 6:6-10
Starting Point of the Word>>
This time, we would like to share a message with the title of “The Saints Who Plant Good Seeds”.
In Korean, there is a saying, “When you plant beans, you get beans, and when you plant red beans, you get red beans”.
This means that whatever you sow, you will reap what you sow.
Example>>
One stormy day, an elderly couple entered a small hotel and found a room. However, the hotel was already full, and the other hotels did not have rooms either.
The old couple looked embarrassed and did not know what to do.
It was so stormy that I couldn't sleep outside, and I couldn't even ask the hotel staff to give me a room.
At that time, an employee named George Bolt, who worked at the hotel, approached the elderly couple who were in trouble and said, "I'm sorry for making elderly adults hang around in the harsh weather. If it's okay with you, sleep in my room tonight."
The old couple hesitated for a while, but at the insistence of the employee, they stayed in his room.
And the next morning they did the checkout and told the waiter:
“I will build you the best hotel in America”
The waitress thought the old couple was joking and responded with a smile and politely greeted them. But a few years later, he received an invitation from the old couple to come to New York.
When the waiter arrived, the old couple took him to the front of the grand new building on the corner. And he said:
“This is the very hotel I promised to build you”
This old man was William Waldorf Asto, and the building was the famous Waldorf Astoria Hotel.
As a result of sowing kindness, George Bolt, a single employee, became the manager of a world-class hotel overnight.
There is a history of people reaping whatever they sow.
Therefore, when we who are saints plant a lot of beautiful things, good results will come.
Looking at verse 7 of today's text
“Do not deceive yourself, for God is not despised; whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.”
You said.
These words are the law of eternal and unchanging promises that God has given us.
But what about people?
There are many times when we seek good fruit without planting good things.
It is no different from a believer who does not pray seeking God's great grace and love.
We must become saints who plant good seeds while thinking about today's Word.
Go to Word>>
So what good seeds should we sow?
First, we must sow the seeds of prayer.
God does not despise even one of our prayers.
Whether our prayers are physical or spiritual, God remembers all our prayers and answers them by looking at the measure of our faith.
If we look at the words of Psalm 126:5-6,
“He who sows with tears will reap with joy; he who goes out weeping to sow seed will surely return with joy, carrying the sheaf.”
I did.
The seeds sown by the Israelites captured in Babylon were seeds of prayer.
Then God gave them the grace of liberation and return.
Dave Roberson, author of The Life of the Spirit and Power, was a lumberjack before praying.
Without prayer, everyone is nothing.
However, if you pray, God will use it preciously no matter who you are or what you use it for.
Prayer is power and energy for the saints.
If we want to see the glory of God, please become the saints who sow the seeds of prayer.
Second, we must sow the seeds of the gospel.
We must long for the Word and become saints who strive to listen, read and learn.
And we must become saints who sow the seeds of this Word.
According to Mark 4:20,
“Those that were sown on good soil are those who hear the word, accept it, and produce a crop of thirty, sixty, and a hundredfold.”
Our Jesus also diligently sowed the seeds of the gospel.
The disciples and Paul sowed the seeds of the gospel.
Peter, a disciple of Jesus, was a fisherman.
He was unlearned and had nothing, but Jesus called him and made him a pillar of the church.
After meeting Jesus, Jesus ascended to heaven and he was used as an evangelist in the early church era.
What is surprising is that when he planted the seeds of the gospel, an amazing work happened, and many 3,000 or 5,000 people heard the Gospel, were baptized, and became Christians.
Peter's amazing power was beyond his strength.
But Jesus was with him, and God poured out the power of the gospel on him.
One day, while preaching the gospel, he even stood in the courtroom.
But Peter was not suppressed by such an atmosphere, but boldly spoke the gospel.
The Bible records that the judges at that time saw that I had no learning and were astonished to hear what he said.
We must do our best to plant the gospel.
The gospel is what we sow, but it is God who gives birth and makes it grow.
So don't worry and plant hard.
Third, sow the seeds of blessing.
There is power in the words of the saints of faith.
When people of faith bless, there is a blessing, and when a person curses, there is a curse.
According to 2 Corinthians 9:10,
“He who gives seed and bread to the sower will give and prosper what you sow, and increase the fruit of your righteousness.”
You did.
Blessings don't just come, they come when you sow
However, you need to read these words carefully.
Material also belongs to the law of sowing and reaping, and it is the fact that God provides material, but divides them into food to eat and seeds to plant.
So, what is the seed here?
Malachi 3:8 says that the seed is tithes and offerings.
However, it is a problem because many people do not recognize this and eat all the seeds.
And then they blame God.
God can never be deceived.
While tithing is a fixed thing according to the Word, offerings are various services performed under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.
If you block this, no blessings will come.
Or it works fine and then collapses in an instant.
‘Is it all right for the unbelievers?’ he says.
But it is not.
It is normal for God's true children to never be.
When God gives you tithing training, have you experienced immediate loss when you don't tithe?
But the strange thing is that if you plant it well, it doesn't seem like anything particularly good, but if you don't plant it, there's nothing particularly bad about it.
So people are deceived.
Even if you tithe and volunteer a lot, if there is no fruit, please believe that the fruit will come.
Fourth, we must plant the seeds of good words.
Complaining and dissatisfaction and the language of gratitude and affirmation have one thing in common.
The fact is that it is contagious.
According to Numbers 14:28,
“As I live, I swear, as you have heard in my ears I will do to you.
You said.
According to what we say, God will do it as it is.
Why did the first generation of Exodus people not enter Canaan?
Because of their unbelief.
Everyone is human, so there may be doubts in their hearts.
But when it comes to words, you have to take responsibility.
God hears what we say.
In the words of Malachi 3:16,
“At that time those who feared the LORD spoke to one another, and the LORD heard it clearly, and wrote it in a book of remembrance before the LORD for those who fear the LORD and honor his name.”
I say.
God does what we say.
Therefore, if you sow a bad word, the word becomes seed and reaps bad fruit; if you sow a good word, the word becomes seed and produces good fruit.
Those who sow good words see life itself changing.
Good words are positive words.
Positive words are based on positive thoughts, and positive actions follow through positive words.
In a word, you must become believers who develop the power of positivity.
Fifth and last, we must plant the seeds of good deeds.
At the end of the year, I see many helping hands reported through the media and broadcasts.
But I've heard this.
In particular, “Christianity” lacks good deeds.
What do you guys think?
As I listen to this, I dare say no.
It is because the biggest factor that has made our country grow this much is the church, and also because many churches and believers are still planting good seeds of good deeds.
However, we are different from the world because, as the Lord said, 'the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing'.
According to Galatians 6:9,
“Let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due time we will reap a harvest, if we do not grow weary.”
I did.
This is the seed of good deeds.
Therefore, we must leave the results to God and continue to do good and love.
1 Peter 2:15 says,
“By good deeds you put off the ignorance of fools.”
I did.
Now, 30% of the Korean church contributes to social service, including relief and missionary welfare, but only 3.8% is for relief expenses.
Hearing these words, the world turns their backs on the Church.
Good deeds have such a huge impact on evangelization.
Nevertheless, we must not be discouraged by this powerful seed, sow more and sow more.
At the end of the speech>>
Organize your words.
What seeds are you planting now?
Are you still sowing the seeds that save the world's perishable fruit?
It's not about giving us life and feeding many souls, it's about making everyone with me die.
The saints who sow the seeds of prayer, the saints who plant the seeds of the gospel, the saints who plant the seeds of blessing, the saints who sow good words, and the saints who sow the seeds of good deeds, give glory to God and the richness of Christ to unbelieving souls I pray in the name of the Lord that you will become believers of faith who share the fruit.
