Text <Hebrews 10:19-25> Sermon on the 09th, 11th, and 29th
19> “Therefore, brethren, we have confidence to enter the sanctuary by the blood of Jesus.”
20> “It is a new and living way that he opened for us through the veil, and the veil is his flesh.”
21> “And there was a great priest over the house of God.”
22> “Since we have been sown in our hearts and have realized the evil of our conscience, and have washed our bodies with pure water, let us come to God with a true heart and complete faith.”
23> “And he who promised is faithful; hold fast and unmoving the hope of our faith.”
24> “Take care of one another, encouraging love and good deeds”
25> “Let us not forsake the meeting, as is the habit of some, but exhort us, and all the more as we see the day drawing near.”
Hallelujah!
Thanksgiving has passed, and Advent begins in less than a week.
Christmas carols will be sung in the streets, the preparation for the entrance exam will be over, and the time will come when a lot of young people who have been freed from bondage through the nightmare of high school will pour into the streets
Then, when you graduate, you will rip off your school uniform, put flour on it, even drink and shout, and try to radiate the joy of breaking free from the bondage of three years of high school entrance exams.
However, the bondage of 3 years in high school is also filled with excitement, but the joy, emotion, and exultation of the saved saints who, who had had to die forever because of our sins, were able to enter the sanctuary through the blood of Jesus, which we had never even thought of before, is beyond imagination. It is an event that transcends.
In the name of the Lord, I bless you in the name of the Lord that you will have a time of grace while meditating on the Word of how the saved saints will live, overflowing with joy, emotion, and joy.
First, we must come to God with a true heart and complete faith.
v-22> He said, "We have been sown in our hearts, realizing the evil of our conscience, and washing our bodies with pure water. Let's come to God with a true heart and complete faith."
The sprinkling of our hearts means that we have realized in our hearts the grace of the precious blood of Jesus' true love, and have been washed with the Holy Spirit from the sins that our conscience supports us. You will have to approach God with a heart that fully believes in the grace of salvation.
The human mind has two minds.
There is the true heart that has washed away the evil of conscience by dividing it into water, and the heart that cannot wash away the evil of conscience and is controlled by Satan.
For that example
True Heart and False Heart / Righteous Heart and Evil Heart / Gratitude and Dissatisfaction
A happy heart and a sad heart / A gentle heart and a proud heart / A loving heart and a hating heart
A heart that blesses and a heart that curses / An obedient heart and a disobedient heart
Those who are sown in their hearts and realize the evil of their conscience, wash their bodies with water, and come to God with a true heart and complete faith.
He is a person who cannot come to God because his heart has not been sown, he cannot understand the evil of his conscience, and his body cannot be washed with water
That is why, in <1 Timothy 1:19>, the words of <1 Timothy 1:19> teach those who are not driven by the heart, “Have faith and a good conscience, for some have abandoned this conscience, and are shipwrecked concerning their faith.”
Forsaking one's conscience is a serious problem, but stating that he was shipwrecked in relation to faith is a much more serious problem.
Weak faith or lost faith can be restored, but shipwrecked ones are forever destroyed.
You will forever become Satan's descendants. They will be thrown into the eternal fiery furnace.
When a ship is wrecked, the people aboard cannot survive forever.
No matter what happens, faith must not be shipwrecked.
I pray in the name of the Lord that we will be sown in our hearts, realize the evil of our conscience, wash our bodies with clean water, and come to God with a true heart and complete faith.
Second, we must hold fast our hopes without moving them.
V-23> In the Word, ““And he who promised is faithful, and he does not move and holds fast the hope of our faith”
What is the hope of Dory that we believe in?
In the text, we are told to hold fast the hope of believing in the promised faithful One, and not be moved.
The faithful who promised, God promised eternal life in <Titus 1:2>, “because of the hope of eternal life, which God, who does not lie, promised before eternity.”
And the hope of God's promise
<2 Corinthians 1:7> ““a firm hope””
<1 Corinthians 13:13> ““hope as a Christian virtue””
<Hebrews 7:17> ““a better hope””
<Acts 24:26> ““hope for material things””
<Titus 2:13> ““Blessed Hope””
<Pet 1:3> ““Living Hope””
<Proverbs 14:32> ‘‘Eternal Hope’”
<Hebrews 6:19> There is “a strong and strong hope”, and so on.
Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen.
It will be realized in reality according to your beliefs and will appear as evidence of the fulfillment of unseen things.
I pray in the name of the Lord that all these faithful people will hold on to the promised hope and that it will become our hope that we will not let go of it.
Third, we must take care of each other and encourage each other with love and good deeds.
V-24> In the Word, He said, “We look out for one another and encourage love and good deeds”.
For whatever God has commanded you to do, you must prepare the price for it.
So there is a blessing for those who take care of one another
<Psalm 41:1> “Blessed is he who counsels the needy; in the day of calamity the LORD will deliver him.”
2> ““The Lord will protect him and bring him to life, and he will be blessed in the world. Lord, do not leave him to the will of his enemies.”
3> ““The LORD sustains me in my sick bed, and heals me from all my sicknesses.”
Advise the poor.
Such a person will be blessed. God will deliver you on the day of calamity of judgment.
And God will protect you. And you will be blessed in the world, your descendants will prosper, you will have an abundant life, you will receive material wealth, and you will be respected by people. Borrow, but not borrow.
Above all, he will not entrust you to the will of the enemy devil, who searches for food like a roaring lion.
Also, God will sustain and heal from the debilitating sickness, so that he will be healthy so that more and more poor people will be encouraged and helped.
What I have is not mine. God allowed us to use it while we were on this earth for a little while.
The things that God has entrusted to us should be given where God pleases.
That's sharing with the poor. When you use it in a place pleasing to God, joyfully, joyfully, and willingly, God will give you the blessings of the world and will heal you when you are sick, not entrusting it to the will of the devil.
Do you want to be blessed in the world? Advise the poor.
Do you want to be delivered from calamity on Judgment Day? Advise the poor.
Were you weak and ill? Advise the poor.
Fourth, let us see that day is near.
<V-25> He said, “Let us not forsake meeting together, as is the habit of some, but encourage them, and do more as we see the day drawing near.”
The mission is not to lose in the work of gathering together to worship God, fellowship among the saints, helping the needy, and sharing love. That day will be the day of the Second Coming of Christ.
The Bible tells only good stories to the saints so that they do not spread candy, stop gathering, and live a life apart from the faith. When the Lord returns and the judgment day comes, great tribulation and calamity cannot be avoided. It is to raise awareness.
Therefore, it is to be saved on the Day of Judgment by gathering well and being faithful to God.
The Lord said that where two or three are gathered, I will be with them.
God is pleased that we gather to praise, worship, and preach the word of God.
However, God's judgment is fulfilled when the gathering is abolished.
What Satan hates the most is the gathering of the saints.
When the saints gather to worship, praise, pray, and share what God wants with each other and exhort them, God gives them grace to protect them from Satan and grant them the crown of eternal life is.
So, when the final judgment day comes, they will destroy the saints so that they cannot gather together, and that is the day the Lord will return to judge.
The Bible speaks of that day
<Rev 18:8> ““Therefore shall come his plagues in one day: death and mourning and famine; and he shall also be consumed with fire, for strong is the Lord God who judged him.
<Rev 20:12> “And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened, and another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to their deeds, as they were written in the books. “”
<Rev 20:10> “And the devil who deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophets are also, and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.”
I pray in the name of the Lord that you and I will not be tormented by night and day by showing this fact to the saints and being thrown into the furnace of fire.
conclude
Dear members of Duranno Church,
Having been sown in our hearts, having realized the evil of our conscience, and having washed our bodies with pure water, we come to God with a true heart and complete faith.
And the one who promised is faithful; hold fast the hope of the doctrine we believe in.
Looking back on each other, encouraging love and good deeds
Do not forsake meeting together, as is the habit of some, but encourage them, and more so as they see the day drawing near.
The devil who deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophets were also, and no one was tormented day or night forever and ever.
I pray in the name of the Lord that you and I will receive the crown of life by faithfulness to death.
