Title: The Savior Jesus and the Sinner

Contents

The Savior Jesus and the sinner (Luke 19:10)

Introduction

Many had a great mission.

Alexander the Great had a mission of conquest Philosopher Socrates had a mission of enlightenment of knowledge Columbus had a mission of discovering the continent. Moses' mission to save the nation

It can be said that no one in this world lives without a mission.

In the family, fathers have special duties as fathers, and mothers have special duties as mothers. In school, teachers have special duties as teachers, and students have special duties as students.

This is true in society, in the military, at work, in the workplace, and everywhere. Therefore, everyone has his or her own mission.

Our Savior, Jesus, came to this earth as a human being with the mission of finding and saving the lost.

Main subject

Today's Word of God accurately speaks about Jesus' mission.

Through today's sermon, we share grace with the Savior Jesus and sinners.

1. The Savior Jesus sees sinners.

1) He eats the fruit of the forbidden fruit and sees Adam and Eve hiding.

2) He sees the disciple Judas Iscariot who is trying to sell Jesus.

3) Even now, Jesus is watching us (Job 31:4)

Does he not see my way, and does he not count all my steps?

Application: I look at the outward appearance, but Jesus looks at my heart.

(1 Samuel 16:1) And the LORD said to Samuel, "Do not look at his appearance or his height, for I have forsaken him. I do not look like men. People look at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart."

2. The Savior Jesus has compassion on sinners (Matthew 9:36).

When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, for they are troubled and wandering like sheep without a shepherd.

1) He took pity on Lazarus and raised him to life.

2) When I feel discouraged by failure in the world, He takes pity on me.

3) The Savior Jesus seeks out sinners (Luke 15).

3) The Savior Jesus speaks to sinners.

1) He speaks through the Bible. (Isaiah 1:18)

Come, let us reason together, says the LORD, though your sins are as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool.

(Isa 55:7) Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous from his thoughts, and let him return to the LORD, and he will have mercy. Come to our God, and he will forgive widely.

2) He speaks through the Holy Spirit and the Gospel.

3) He speaks in the midst of my suffering.

4. The Savior Jesus saves sinners.

1) I am the chief among sinners (1 Timothy 1:15)

This is a faithful saying, deserving of acceptance by all, that it is said that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners. Among sinners, I am the chief.

2) Not one of his chosen children is lost. (Matthew 1:21)

You will give birth to a son, and you shall call his name Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins.

3) The Savior Jesus satisfies sinners (John 4:14)

Whoever drinks the water that I will give him will never thirst. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water springing up to everlasting life.

conclusion

Even now, Jesus is looking for me.

He is looking for you to satisfy you both on this earth and in heaven.

We are children of God, called by the world.

He is also a disciple of Christ who was sent into the world.

I bless you to give glory to Jesus who is looking for your whole life.
