Title: The Supper of Christ

Contents 獵途Keak? On the night of his arrest, he held a sacrament meeting (1 Corinthians 11:23-27), and some said it was the founding of the communion service. When we talk about the importance of the sacrament, the true church says that the sacrament should be properly practiced. Paul said that the implementation of this system was received by the Lord (1 Corinthians 11:23), and this sacrament must be kept in faith until the Lord returns.

1. It was a spiritual sacrament 22~24

(1) Commemoration of the Lord's body 22~ “Take the bread and bless it… This is my body.” In the fact that the bread of the Lord's Supper is the body of Jesus, the Catholic Church made the error of establishing the transubstantiation theory. The bread and wine are the descendants of blessings and blessings (verses 22, 23). They do not become the flesh or blood of Jesus, nor do they have the Spirit of the Lord in them. This verse is the same as “Matthew 26:26” and “Lk 22:19 and 1 Corinthians 11:24 do this in remembrance of me”. Through this sacrament, we commemorate Christ's torn flesh and shed blood on the cross to atone for the sins of all people according to the will of hanami, and we must put this spiritual will into a humidifier, believe and deliver it. The sacrament that the Lord personally celebrated is the sacrament that Christ desires, believing that redemption and salvation are established through the suffering of His own death for the salvation of mankind, and sharing this grace with thanksgiving.

(2) Commemoration of the Lord's blood 23-24 “Verse 23, he took the cup, gave thanks and gave it to them...” Blessing with bread or giving thanks with the cup is the order of the Jewish supper enjoyed by the Jews. He must have believed that the bread and cup were gifts from God, and prophetically it is said that this is because he was thinking of the blessed banquet in the eternal heaven (Park Yun-sun). “Verse 24, . . . my blood of the covenant, which is shed for many” In the Old Testament, it was believed that the blood of sacrifice was the blood of atonement for reconciliation to God (Exodus 24:4-8), and the New Testament was God’s blood. It is forgiven through the blood of the Son (John 1:29; Hebrews 9:12, 28). In the Old Testament, we receive forgiveness through the law, the blood of animals, and in the New Testament, we receive redemption through faith in the blood of Jesus Christ (Matthew 26:28). We must confirm through the sacrament. Transubstantiation seems to have ceremonial grandeur and piety, but it is superstitious and the Eucharistic communion theory has chosen the middle. However, in the Christian view of salvation, eclectic forms are not tolerated, so the Eucharist must be celebrated according to the Bible.

2. Announcing the heavenly sacrament 25~

“…I will not drink it again until the day I drink it new in the kingdom of God…” This is the last sacrament on earth, and it means the heavenly banquet that will be accomplished by the victory of Christ and the Second Coming (Luke 22:30, Revelation 19:7). . Specifically, there is no reason to keep the earth in the flesh. It will become a happy place to cut off the sins of life and save us, and it will be accomplished in the eternal and spiritual kingdom after the judgment. “The fruit of the vine” is a carnal material that is needed only in the earthly world (John 2:3, 8), and is not needed in the spiritual world, that is, the kingdom of heaven. There is spiritual food to eat in the spiritual world, that is, Jesus Himself is the true food and drink (John 6:55).

3. It was the sacrament of victory 26~

“Then they sang hymns and went out to the Mount of Olives.” The hymn at this time was called “Psalm 115-118,” and it is said that it was often sung after meals to thank Israel for their whereabouts (2 Samuel 15:33, Matthew 26:30, John 18:1). . Today, we should also raise a praise of thanks like this. Jesus crossed the age of prayer (John 18:1) and went to the Mount of Olives (Luke 22:39). Jesus had to entrust his cross to God, and he went to pray because he needed a deeper spiritual relationship with God. Isn't praise to God called a tuneful prayer? It is said that the martyrs also sang praise because we gain the power of God, so we, too, will praise and become victors.

[Conclusion] The sacrament celebrated by the church should not focus on ceremonies or events. Prior to the sacrament meeting, you must thoroughly prepare godly spiritually and physically. It is not godliness to decline, nor is it meaningless participation. All you need to do is to believe and participate in the victory of faith while commemorating the body and blood of the Lord and hoping for a heavenly banquet.
