Title: The Teacher's Emotions

The emotion of the teacher (Matthew 9:35-38)
2008.7.27 Dangni Church Sunday afternoon teacher dedication service
Hebrews 5:12 'Because of the long days, you should be teachers...' Any Christian who is a teacher to the world... The Lord did three main things on earth. 35' Jesus He went about all towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness.”
(1) teaching in the synagogue (2) preaching the gospel (3) healing
Among the three, I want to emulate the Lord's emotions as a teacher.
1. The emotion of embarrassment must be alive
Matthew 9:36 'When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, for they are afflicted and lost as sheep without a shepherd'. A compound word of = means to share the pain together. Without this, there is no real teacher.
May the Lord be grieved,
(1) He saw you like a sheep without a shepherd
Isaiah 53:6 "All of us, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way, and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all."
A) It is living without knowing the master of life. The biggest problem for unbelievers is that they do not have a true master in life and their sense of belonging is unclear.
Psalm 23:1 “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.”
B) It means that there is no guardian. A sheep without a shepherd does not know where it will be caught and eaten by wolves. A life without God is a pitiful soul because wealth and honor do not protect his soul.
Even if it looks like a person has a lot, if God does not protect them, they do not know when they will be angry.
C) It is a life without a purpose because there is no shepherd. It is a world where we live without a clear meaning of life. Life without purpose is like death. So I don't know where I'm going when I die.
(2) He looked at you like a suffering sheep
Suffering, skuvllw skins, machetes. Life without God is culturally very pitiful. India, North Korea, .. But spiritually, if you do not know the meaning of life, it is a greater suffering. The will of God There are days when the suffering of living with this will become a life of the cross and will be converted into blessings, but the world has only suffered in the midst of punishment and has to leave without meaning in the world.
(3) He saw it as a favorable quantity.
Glass wandering, rJivptw; Breathing is rough and the mind is fuzzy. It means that you should spend your life on all kinds of changes in secular culture and have pity on those who wander. Parents' hearts burn like ashes as to where and how they live, like a wandering child. Life is about money, honor, and pride, but everyone gets old and sick and dies while wandering around without being able to do anything in the world properly. You are qualified to be a teacher.
Matthew 5:7 says, “Blessed are the merciful, for they will receive mercy.”
2. You must have a prayerful heart
38 'Therefore, call upon the master of the harvest to send out laborers to the harvest.'
In fact, the most important thing a teacher can do is pray. How many times a day do we pray for the souls we have entrusted to us?
Israel's time to God
Sabbath 52 weeks 1 Day of Atonement
New Moon Feast 12 Days 7 Days of Tabernacles
Passover Day 1 Every 30 days of daily sacrifice (2 hours a day)
Feast of Unleavened Bread 7 days Sabbath year 52 days (average)
Feast of Weeks 1 Day 7 Jubilee Days (average)
Feast of Trumpets 1 Day Other Feasts (Deuteronomy 6:4-9)
-----------------------------------------
About half of the total 171 days 365 days a year
Mark 9:28-29 "When he entered the house, his disciples asked him in silence, "Why were we not able to cast out the demon?" 29 And he said to him, "This kind cannot go out except through prayer."
3. Be a teacher with attitude
If you yearn for it -> passion -> wisdom.* I'm not good at it, but try it yourself, this is not education.
Matthew 5:19 '.. Whoever practices these and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.'
* In order for a teacher to teach love, there must be love.
* In order for a teacher to teach devotion, he must consecrate himself to the Lord.
The problems of the Pharisees and the lawyers were only the doctrine and they did not keep it.
Matthew 23:4 “And they tie up heavy burdens and put them on the shoulders of men, but they themselves would not move them with one finger.”
* Someone went to Israel on Saturday (Jewish Sabbath) and got on the Erbeit. A Jew got on first and waited, but the button was not pressed. Keeping the law... (I live and you do bad things?)
Church education learns not by knowledge, but by attitude.
It was not that the words of the lawyers were wrong, but that their actions were wrong.
Matthew 23:3 “Therefore, whatever they say, do and keep it, but do not imitate what they do, for they speak only and do not do.”
1 Timothy 4:12 '...be an example to the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.'
1 Peter 5:3 “Do not take a position of claiming over those you have entrusted to you, but be an example to the flock.”
These days, you will hear a lot of people saying that you have a positive mindset and that you are active. That's a good thing, but you don't just have to think like that, you have to be that person. In the name of the Lord, I pray that you and I will be praised for doing well when the Lord comes by becoming soldiers and teachers of good faith.
