Title: The Three Most Blessed Relationships

3 most blessed relationships
Philippians 4:14-20
I hope that we can achieve the most blessed relationship like the relationship between the apostle Paul and the Philippians in the text of the book. What is the most blessed relationship? Let's look at it in three ways.
1. to know each other
The apostle Paul had a holy pride.
So, despite the difficulties, I was proud and steadfast. As in verse 11 right before the text, he was content in any circumstances, as in verse 12, he learned and practiced all the secrets of hunger, abundance, and want, and as in verse 13, he was a man of faith that he could overcome any difficulties in the Lord .
Even though the Apostle Paul lived happily ever after, no matter how difficult it was, how hard must it have been to live in a cold Roman prison? The Philippians recognized that heart and condition.
So they didn't say, "Let's leave it alone because the apostle Paul rejoices like that!", but understand the difficult situation behind the joy, and send a deacon to Epaphrodi to help the apostle Paul in prison, and also sent an offering.
How does the Apostle Paul evaluate that appearance? Verse 14 says, “But it is well that you have shared with me in my affliction.” The Apostle Paul greatly commended the Philippians for having a considerate heart to share in their difficulties.
In order to have such good human relationships, you must be a person who understands the circumstances, circumstances, and circumstances of others.
How do we know? If you pray, God will tell you what the church needs.
And if God tells us, we should try to meet that need.
Faith without action is dead faith.
The life of faith is not a fantastic adventure, nor is it often entered into the profession.
The Apostle Paul never boasted about it even though he had entered the profession 14 years ago, and for the first time in 14 years, he inevitably spoke about it for educational purposes (2 Corinthians 12:1-5).
The farther away you want to become, the better, and the closer you are to the idea you want to put into practice.
There are three key words that show that faith is true faith.
It is the word ‘practice, action, participation’.
The way to have good relationships and to be respected and recognized in church life is to practice, act, and participate.
2. Relationships that fill each other
The Philippians recognized the circumstances and circumstances of the apostle Paul.
And it didn't end with what he knew, he actually offered a helping hand.
At that time, many churches asked, “How difficult must it be for Apostle Paul to do missionary work?” And I knew the difficult situation.
However, the Philippian church was the only church that actually went out of its way to meet Paul's needs.
The Philippians did not end with meeting the need of the apostle Paul once, but continued to pay attention and meet his needs.
Complimenting such concern and love, the Apostle Paul mentions in verse 17 that the act is an act that produces more fruit. God makes you reap what you sow.
One day, when a stingy rich man went to heaven, an angel took him to the house prepared for him.
On the way we passed many beautiful mansions and were finally led to his house, which was a small, dilapidated house in a secluded place on the outskirts of heaven. he protested
"no! Can you do this? Why is my house so shabby?” Then the angel spoke. "Sorry.
You could only build this much out of the material you heard in the world.”
We must not be stingy. 1 Timothy 6:18-19 says this.
“Do good, be rich in good works, be generous and sympathetic, for this is to lay a good foundation for yourself in the future and to take the real life.” When we give something to something, it always gives something back to us. You reap what you sow.
More is given to those who know how to give God's love and blessings.
Therefore, we must have a mature faith that finds joy and reward in giving time and money.
When we try to meet the needs of the church, God will be very pleased and will be with him with great blessings.
3. Relationships that bless each other
As the apostle Paul concludes his letter, he endeavors to bless the Philippians.
In verses 19-20, “My God will supply all your needs according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus/Glory to God and our Father for ever and ever, Amen.” This verse 19 is a word of great blessing. Pastor Moody called this verse “a blank check of God’s blessings to the saints.”
God wants to bless us abundantly. Poverty is not God's will.
God is a God of abundance.
Therefore, as children of God, we must have faith and hope to overcome poverty. I pray for the material blessings of the saints and supporters almost every day.
"God! Pray that many Holy Great Hands arise among our churches and supporters!”
While doing material training without greed, I hope that this blessing of prayer will be accepted in your life and come true. It doesn't matter how shabby we may look.
Remember these words and be strong. God is a God of abundance.
If we strive to please God, God will surely satisfy our needs.
With the conviction of such a belief, we need to bless each other, challenge and encourage sharing.
A life of giving is a life of receiving.
Singer Donation King Kim Jang-hoon News was a hot topic.
It is said that he donated 15 million won every month to an orphanage, and 1.2 billion won to establish a church for youth in Ilsan. He said that he would buy a monthly rent with a deposit of 50 million won.
Occasionally, he also said, “The life of a singer is short, shouldn’t it be necessary to prepare for old age?” I thought, "No! Happiness is not money. When the singer's life is over, let's make a living by running a food stall!" and keep donating.
What a beautiful soul and heart. How much will your children learn from watching their father live that way? The way parents live sharing and giving is the greatest education for their children.
The child will never beg for food.
God's hand of blessing will never leave his family from generation to generation.
Missionary Lim Byung-cheol has two younger brothers. Missionary Byung-cheol Lim instilled a vision of mission in the younger brothers every time he met them, and made them earn money with the mission.
Eventually, his younger brother became a millionaire. His younger sister ran a clothing company and became a bigger millionaire.
In particular, I do not know how much devotion to missions and the church by the younger sister and wife.
Her sister has a husband from overseas Chinese called Buta Woo. He worked as a vice president of an American bank and was managing the finances of his wife's company. He recently came to Mongolia on a short-term mission. I was ironing a shirt at a missionary's house, and when I saw the shirt, it was said that it was all worn out and had been worn for 10 years.
It is said that a millionaire lives frugally and does not spend for himself, but is a big hand of missions.
When people ask Deacon Woo the secret of his blessing, he says, “I have only two words to say.
Tithing and missionary offerings, these two are the secrets of our family’s blessing.”
God never forgets our dedication and makes sure to reap what we sow.
Rockefeller said. “If I hadn’t titheed $1.50 a week in the first place, I wouldn’t have been able to tithe a million dollars.” The word has two nuances.
One means that he was able to tithe boldly even with a large amount of money because he thoroughly tithing from a small amount, and another means that he was blessed with a huge amount of tithing because he thoroughly tithing from a small amount.
Tithing is an expression of our trust in God's provision and our thorough devotion to God. The same is true of building offerings.
When you show such faith and devotion, God will surely make you reap what you sow.
The life of giving is the life of receiving, and the life of missionary life is the most successful life.
Students study, entrepreneurs do business, housewives with the belief that they will always be holy big hands for missions and salvation, challenge and encourage husbands and children to achieve such dreams, and above all, from now on, through continuous training to empty their pockets, I hope that you will become blessed saints who will receive the power to control material things.
