Title: The Voice of God Heard by John
Revelation (7)
The voice of God that John heard
(Rev 1:10-11)
1. When did you hear the voice of God?
When God reveals a wonderful revelation about the final future of mankind, on the “day of the Lord” among many days, we realize the importance of the Sunday once again. Sunday is a day to reflect on the past week, think about God's grace, fill our souls with praise and thanksgiving, receive God's grace anew, and prepare to go out into the world and work hard. In that sense, there is no life more blessed than the life of observing the Lord's Day.
2. In what condition did you hear the voice of God?
At that time, the Apostle John was in a state of complete captivity by the Holy Spirit. Could there have been a happier moment in his life than then? He must have had many happy moments in his life, but there could not have been a happier moment than when he was drenched in ecstasy while worshiping alone on a lonely and lonely island, in the spirit of the Holy Spirit, watching the panorama that will take place in the future as if watching a movie. . Environment does not bring happiness. If you have faith and truly feel the presence of the Holy Spirit, you can experience greater joy and happiness in a difficult and lonely environment.
3. In what way did God's voice be heard?
Words come down from God, and prayers go up to God. When we listen to the Word and pray, the possibility of answers increases. When we hear the word of God, our prayers are heard by God. There is a big difference in the meaning of receiving from God between ‘going out to pray alone after finishing the Word’ at dawn and ‘hearing the word first and praying’. Because prayer is not just pleading with the mouth. The prayer attitude is as important as the prayer content. When the upward line of prayer and the descending line of the Word are in harmony, grace will come down smoothly.
4. What kind of voice did God hear?
There is no more blessed heart than the heart of thinking of the church and giving strength to the church with tender love. Even picking up a piece of paper from church is no small feat. This is because God sees the heart of caring for the church more than anything else. If you live your life of faith with a heart that cares for and longs for the church, thinking that your small devotion will be a great help to the operation of the church and the one position you fill will be a great strength to the church, God's grace and blessings will overflow.
