Contents
You've heard a lot about well-being. What did you mean? When this word first appeared, it meant a comfortable life, well-fed and well-lived. But these days, the meaning has changed a bit. True well-being is not only eating well and living well, but also seeing a healthy life full of reward and joy as well-being.
The theme of the Bible from Genesis to Revelation is the holy life. In other words, we should live differently from the people of the world. Therefore, in the age of well-being, the lives of the worldly people and the saints must be different. In other words, the well-being that the world thinks of and the well-being that believers think of should be different. What is life different from the world? It is a life of worship. We must be faithful and beautify our faith. Please believe that this is the well-being of the saints.(…)
Today's text is about a healthy life (Wellbeing). Living healthy is a blessing and a blessing. Only then will you have a healthy life, a healthy mind, and a healthy faith and life. That is well-being. So what does well-being mean?
① It is a life of joy.
If you look at the text, it says 'rejoice'. It means to live joyfully.(…) God's energy is contained in God's children. When energy is released, you will have health, peace, and prosperity. happy life! Please believe that this is the well-being of saints.
② It is a life of doing good.
If you look at the text, it says, “There is nothing better than doing good with joy.” (…) When introducing difficult things in the church, there are people who always bring money and ask them to deliver it. It is for those who are full of grace to serve and share. The Grace Center Movement (Grace Center) is already starting. Since opening an after-school school, volunteers have volunteered to teach calligraphy and origami once a week. (…) God has given talents to everyone. Use it and live it. Then the world will be healthy.
③ Eat well and drink well.
The phrase “eat and drink” is found in verse 13. It was said that it was a pleasure. If you eat and drink, you think something is wrong, but it is not. I think the greatest pleasure in the world is eating. Aside from this, what's the benefit? But there are people in the world who are starving. Among the graces that God has given to man, there are two representative ones. It is the taste and sleep.(…) Eating and drinking well and sleeping well are also well-being.
④ It is a life of hard work.
In verse 10, it says, “God has given hard work to human beings” and in verse 13 it says, “Enjoy pleasure through hard work.” Verse 11 says that God has given man a heart to long for eternity. If you live happily, do good, eat well, drink well, and work hard, one day your life will come to an end. Death remains. This time is important. People must live healthy and happy, but they must die well. It should end well.(…)
On the cross, Jesus said, “It is finished” and said to those who crucified him, “Forgive them.” Apostle Paul's well-being is life or death, but Christ wants to be honored in my body. He said that the crown of God was waiting for him because he had fought the good fight and ran to the road. The practice of dying well is also well-being. Amen.
