Title: The wise saint (Proverbs 08:11)
Content At first glance, knowledge and wisdom have the same meaning, but are completely different. Knowledge refers to a clear awareness of things, and it is acquired by self-taught or by studying while attending school. However, wisdom refers to wisdom that can solve problems in the world without knowledge, and it is inherited from parents at birth or acquired through the Holy Spirit.
In the Old Testament, God gave special wisdom to Solomon, and let's take a look at what that wisdom was. Just because God gave Solomon wisdom does not mean that King Solomon knew everything about the world. When Solomon had a problem, he had the wisdom to solve it.
One day, two women came to King Solomon for trial. The two women each had a baby on the same day, and they lived in the same room. When a woman made a mistake and her baby died, a quarrel broke out by gently swapping the baby and the dead baby of a fellow woman and removing the shichimi. Two women claimed that the living baby was theirs, but they came to King Solomon to solve the problem. King Solomon used maternal love to find out the real mother and return the baby to her mother.
King Solomon was able to solve this problem with his wisdom, even without scientific knowledge to test blood reactions like today. Then how can we get this kind of wisdom? If we just add to us Jesus, the source of wisdom, we become wise people.
According to Dr. Kenyon's book, inventions and discoveries poured down like a shower of inventions and discoveries in European Christian countries, which developed and conquered nature and became a prosperous nation. Before Christianity spread to those countries, there was no patent right, but when we believed in Jesus and gained wisdom, we discovered and invented new things and created a patent law.
Many people are good at saying negative things like (I don't have wisdom, I can't, I can't), but if they say negative things and reject God's grace on their own, they will not be able to experience grace. But God will be with you when you add ( ) to Jesus who is wisdom and confess that you have become wise and rely on the Lord.
Prayer: We thank God for loving us. We want our family to become wise saints by fearing God. So, I want to expand the kingdom of heaven and please my neighbors. Please help me. Let corruption disappear from our society, and let us become a nation that establishes justice. I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.
