Title: Things to solve first / Number 7:1~5
1 The children of Israel sinned because of the sacrifices.
for they took the offerings of Achan the son of Carmi, the son of Zabdi, the son of Zerah, of the tribe of Judah.
The LORD was angry with the children of Israel.
2 Joshua sent men from Jericho to Ai, which is by Beth-aven, on the east side of Bethel.
He said to them, “Go up and spy out the land.” So the men went up and spyed out on Ai.
3 And he returned to Joshua and said to him, Do not let all the people go up.
Let only two or three thousand people go up and beat the child.
They are a small number, so send all the people there, saying, “Do not be toiled.”
4 About three thousand of the people went up there, and fled before the men of Ai.
5 The men of Ai killed about thirty and six of them, and followed them from the gate of the city to Shebarim.
And the hearts of the people melted and became like water because they struck it on the slope that went down.
God who created all things and gave us peace!
You have opened the eyes of our spirits who are sinners today.
Thank you for making me the protagonist of our Sunday worship service.
Forgive me as we confess that we have been unable to avoid our transgressions and sins in this world.
Please accept our worship today.
I have brought here the toil and the heavy, worldly, burden of life.
Give me the strength to overcome, and give me the strength to bear it.
Among the saints gathered here, there are many who are struggling and exhausted.
Oil prices are rising without knowing it is sky high.
Prices are rising, but our workplaces are harder and more difficult because of it.
Still, politicians are shouting as if they would make heaven if they were elected.
We are the politicians who made us sick...
More weary of politicians who make our mouths sigh.
An unreliable president, anxious bureaucrats, hated lawmakers...
What is God going to do with this troubled country?
It is said that they are hiring new people, but someone who can be selected
Help me to build up useful people.
God, sustain our homes and workplaces.
Please keep me from blaming God for difficulties.
Conflicts, riots, earthquakes everywhere... incident accident … There are many …
Please protect the saints in the military, abroad, and abroad.
I want you to have mercy on the sick who are lying on the bed.
From children in the womb to the elderly,
Please make it a time of God's grace.
Please anoint the prepared Word and sustain the weak servant.

6. Crookedness: Thinking of everything crookedly
It is said to be a symptom of not seeing with good eyes and not thinking well.

Conquest of Jericho
Last week we saw the fall of the walls of Jericho.
When we believed and obeyed, the walls of Jericho fell.
When the city of Jericho was destroyed,
