Title: Those Who Keep God's Commandments

Contents

As God becomes the Creator, He becomes the Father who nurtures and protects all human beings in the world, as well as the Lord of salvation who saves sinful lives through His Son.

After disobeying the Word, God gave the commandments and the Word through the prophet and the Son to treat those who live in this earth where sin and evil are pervasive as children of God.

Among the many people in the world, God is looking for those who want to agree with God.

Those whom God has called

As mentioned in 1 Corinthians 1:26, they are not people of good grades, strong and wise people, but those who first discovered their weaknesses and sins through the commandments God gave to the world, and then serve God as their Father through Jesus, whom God sent.

Because the commandments God gave to the world are the words of life for those who have inherited sin to discover their sins and be born again as God's people, the commandments are the same life and channel that God has given to the world.

What commandments did God give the world?

After destroying the devil and his subordinates who inherited sin in the world by establishing the order of all things and humanizing the relationship between man and God, he tried to forget the sins of sinful people forever and treat them as his eternal people.

Because God is omnipotent and omnipotent, He is the One who forgets the sins that people remember and remembers the sins that people do not know.

The things that God hates the most in the world are the devil, the father of lies, and the sins and evils of life that belong to the devil and do not try to know God while relying on one's own life experiences and deep learning.

Sin is a violation of God's commandments that the devil inherited from the ancestors of mankind.

Evil is not trying to know God because of the sin that the devil has inherited from people, not accepting the commandments and the Son, and not taking care of one's soul in order to fulfill the desires of the flesh.

What commandments and sons did God send into the world?

It was to destroy the sins and evils of all people born of Adam's lineage, to give eternal life to sinners who rebelled against God, and then to raise them as God's holy people. It is a condition of God's blessing for

God, who sent the commandments and the Son to a sinful world, is omnipotent, calling things that do not exist as though they were, and calling the dead as if they were alive.

Although God is the Spirit and the Word in its existence and essence, God works with miracles and signs through those who keep His commandments and obey His Word.

The fact that Moses, whom God had chosen, performed amazing miracles in the palace is also the result of Moses keeping God's commandments, and when God, the Word, came to Bethlehem in the land of Judea in the flesh, the wonderful miracles that God performed were centered on those who kept the commandments. so it appeared

What commandments did God, who is mighty over all things, give to the world through prophets and sons?

Because it is like a law for those who long for heaven after being born again as God's people, those who dream of success in spirit and body with God's help in the world must keep the commandments.

Proverbs 13:13- “He who despises the word is ruined, and he who fears the commandment is rewarded.” As God said, He wants all people who were created in His image and likeness to live a life of prosperity and success both physically and spiritually by keeping the commandments He has given to the world.

The commandments that God has given to the world are blessings, not the triggers of life, to sinners.

It is like poison to the devil who is imprisoned in the world after rebelling against God.

The commandments that God has given to the world are not things that people cannot keep.

Those who find themselves before God are ordinances and laws that anyone can keep.

There are about 610 commandments that God has given to the world, some of which have created morality and ethics in human life, but there are two commandments that do not change forever.

That is 1 John 3:23- “And these are his commandments, that we believe in the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he commanded us” (1. Believe in Jesus, 2. To love one another).

To summarize the commandments that God has given to the world in a very small way, it is to believe in Jesus and to love one another.

As in Proverbs 19:16, anyone who loves his soul can keep the commandments given by God.

1. He says that he respects you.

1 Samuel 2:30 - “Therefore, says the LORD, the God of Israel, I used to say that your house and the house of your forefathers will walk before me forever, says the LORD; but it will never be so, says the LORD. And those who despise me I will despise.”

What does respect mean? It means to honor and cherish.

God always treats those who keep His commandments, but the text says that those who keep His commandments are respected and those who despise His commandments are despised.

} In 1 Samuel 1:9 and below, there is a man named “Eli the priest” who trained Samuel the prophet in the tabernacle at Shiloh. He had two sons, Hophni and Phinehas.

These two sons, along with their father Eli, were serving the altar while serving as priests.

However, Hophni and Phinehas, the two sons of the priest Eli, were very bad people, even though they were priests, they loved God as God and did not serve the altar. Ignore.

So, they ate the good and good things that the Israelites brought to God's altar to offer sacrifices to God first, or they took possession of them. As a result, Eli Priest, who raised his son incorrectly, fell off his chair at the age of 92 and was strangled. Broken to death, his two sons died in battle with the Philistines, and Phinehas's wife also died while giving birth. When God disregarded His commandments and cursed Eli, the priest and his family, who disobeyed God, 1 Samuel 2 Verses 32-33, “In the midst of all the blessings on Israel, the house of Eli will be in trouble, and there will be no old men in your house forever, and your two sons will die at the same time in one day.” I did.

In this way, Eli's family who despised God and did not keep the commandments fell, and Hannah's family and her son Samuel, who kept God's commandments and ordinances, received great blessing from God.

Keep the commandments that God has given to the world and give His people a blessing if you keep them, and suffering if you don't keep them.

2. If you keep God's commandments, your life will prosper.

Deuteronomy 5:10 - “I show mercy to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments.”

Psalm 89:31-32 “If they break my statutes and keep my commandments, I will rule their sins with rods, and I will punish their iniquities with a whip.” Even looking at these two words

It expresses the life of those who keep the commandments and the lives of those who do not.

If you keep it, thousands of generations will prosper, and if you don't keep it, God will rule with rods and whips.

Joseph, whom we know well, vaguely sold as a slave to Egypt because of the envy of his brothers. He was accused of being a slave in Potiphar's house, and even though he suffered hardships, he kept the commandments and ordinances and received God's blessing in the future.

Even looking at the examples of Saul and David, Saul tried to serve God according to his own thoughts rather than God's commandments, so God abandoned him with regret. receive God's blessing.

The disobedience of the saints results in bringing locusts and demons into their lives.

Believing that things like “maybe” and “sometimes like this” are the causes of our lives that sometimes make our lives prosperous and sometimes unhappy. I hope that God will grant you the blessings of a thousand generations and a prosperous life by keeping the commandments of God, the most basic commandment as a saint that has not been kept so far. (Psalm 78:1 - Hear my teaching, O my people, and listen to the words of my mouth.)

Taking Egypt, which disregarded God's commandments, as an example, he says that disobedience invites locusts.

3. It is said that those who keep the commandments will receive a reward.

Verse 13 - “He who despises the word brings ruin to himself, and he who fears the commandment will be rewarded.”

“God’s commandments” are an important cause of success and failure when a believer lives in the world.

God does not forcibly transcend our human will, but He is a righteous One who works according to our will and choice, giving importance to our will and choice.

1 Corinthians 9:24 - “Do you not know that in the field all runners run away, but only one wins the prize? Run in the same way that you may win.” As it is said, reward and commandment go together.

In the text, God says that if you cannot keep the commandments with joy, it is beneficial to keep the commandments even if you are afraid of God.

} In the past, when the people of Israel were grieving over the loss of Moses and did not know where they were going, God told Joshua and his people, “Keep observing all the laws that Moses my servant commanded you, and do not turn to the left or to the right, so that you may prosper wherever you go. .” You said.

The key to the rise and fall in the life of a believer is in “God's commandments”.

Dear saints, Do you want your future to be prosperous, and do you want a thousand generations of your descendants to prosper?

If so, I hope you will fear God and try to live by the commandments. (The commandments are the laws of citizens of heaven.)

God will not only bless the lives of His people, but will also protect and guide them to prosper for thousands and thousands of generations if they just live by the commandments.

We believe in the fact that the commandments and laws that God has given to the world become holy vessels to receive the blessings of God, the source of blessing, and keep and obey the commandments given through the Son of God throughout our lives. I wish you the best of luck and prosper both physically and spiritually.
