Title: Those who live under grace!
A man was traveling a long way, and while he was passing by a secluded place, there was an object that seemed to have been abandoned by the side of the road. When he got closer, he saw something wrapped in a white cloth. He brought this muddy and troubled sleeper to his house and took good care of it.
The child, who arrived at the house on the day of the day, started crying and screaming day and night without regard to the owner's sincerity. He often vomited even after feeding him milk, and the day and night changed, so he slept during the day and did not sleep at night, so the owner suffered not only because of the child he picked up. Besides, he was so shy that no one could get close to the child. And I did not know that a cold would leave in winter due to frequent stomach upset and diarrhea. The amount of money paid to the child for hospital bills per year alone exceeded thousands. The owner's income was sufficient, so he was able to endure it.
Despite such ups and downs, the child grew up with the utmost care of the owner. When the child was 7 years old, a child running around on the second-floor roof next door with the neighborhood children stumbled and fell to the concrete floor. The child was rushed to the hospital, but the child fell into a deep coma. The owner stayed up all night for days and days, earnestly praying that the child would survive safely. Perhaps thanks to the master's prayer, the child was able to wake up again without any problem, like a lie.
After that, the child passed the hurdle of death several times and managed to survive, eating the love of his master and growing up. When the child grew up to a certain extent, the owner called the child in and told him the story of his birth, starting with his relationship with him in the past. The owner didn't think that it would be better not to reveal the child's past at first, but the owner told the child the secret of the birth in advance because he thought that the aftermath would be great if the child knew his past one day. . The child, who learned the secret of his birth, had only known that the owner was his biological parent, but when he found out that it was the child he had picked up, his mind began to change rapidly.
When he realized that he was the child he had picked up, he began to go out to the owner harshly. He quarreled with the owner in every case, and even with one small thing, he often quarreled with the owner, and when the owner made him do anything, he was full of dissatisfaction. The reason he became dissatisfied with the owner was because of his anxiety about the future because of the fact that he was the one he picked up and not his own. And above all else, he was obsessed with the obsession that he could not inherit everything from his master because he was not his own child, and he was unwittingly complaining about his master.
We use the term ingratitude (背恩忘德) for cases like the one above. It means that the servant forgot the favor bestowed by the master. Abandoned by his birth parents, he would have died without ever having met his master. When he brought such a child into the house and took care of him more than his own child, how amazing would it be from the owner's point of view to see how he behaves in such a bizarre way? How many more times did he break the heart of his master while he was growing up? Where is this ingratitude to say that a person who has received such favor from his master complains about it because he is obsessed with the greed that he cannot inherit everything from his master?
This is never someone else's story. Today, those who believe in Jesus and become the people of the kingdom of God have all received great grace from God. For those who have received grace from God, it is the duty of those who have received grace to live by showing their deeds in front of the Son sent by God as if they had received grace.
How could it be so antinomy? So, is it true that all the sayings that I have received grace are lies? Otherwise, such rude behavior would not be possible in front of the Son sent by God. We know from the Bible what the Jews did toward their God-sent Son. Nothing has changed today. Apparently, they are afraid that they are not their own children, like the children they picked up, so they must be blatantly harassing the master or the master's son. Why do they do this? They did it because they couldn't hide their anxiety when they found out that they weren't their own children.
Even if we think about it with common sense, even if the owner is not his own parents, he would not be an evil master at all if he was the one who took him, who was abandoned by his parents, and raised him up to this point. Then, he thinks like his biological parents and should do better to his master, but why is he blatantly dissatisfied with his master? Where did the anxiety of not being able to inherit everything from the owner come from? The owner has never shown favoritism toward him, but he is insecure about himself and is fighting against his master.
This is the self-portrait we are living in faith before God today. Our destiny, which should have already run to death, has come to this point in God's hands. We are already dead and alive. We cannot repay this with a heart of loyalty to death, and we demand something from our master whenever we have time, and if we do not grant it right away, we often give up or threaten it. It's like I'm acting like I'm something special. On the day the master hands us over to the hand (the devil) of the one who has the power of death, we are literally killed.
If you look at the actions of people in this reality whether they know God's grace or not, it is truly a sight to behold. But God will be patient until His sons are brought into the world to save one more soul. The Son will come and once again give enlightenment to those who have forgotten the grace of God.
At that time, the great grace of the Lord will once again be given to those who hear the Son's words, realize their existence, and turn from there. However, for those who do not realize their existence until the end and cannot turn from their ungrateful behavior, there is only God's severe judgment. It's really good to be blessed by someone, but we should keep in mind that grace leads to great misery when we don't realize it.
