Title: To the Ark with the Family
Contents Family Salvation This is the most holy task for our members today. How can we save those who still do not have faith?
1. You must trust in God's plan of salvation.
When God commanded Noah to build an ark, it was not only a revelation of God's plan of salvation for that time, but also God's plan for the salvation of Noah's family and his family. In the days of Noah, God prepared the ark to save mankind. In this age, God prepared salvation through Jesus Christ. And he says, "Believe on the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household" (Acts 16:31). It is believing in God's plan of salvation.
2. If you believe in the plan of salvation, you must evangelize.
If you believe in God's plan of salvation, you must tell it. If you believe that your loved ones will eventually be judged by God, how can you not evangelize? Did Noah really preach? According to 2 Peter 2:5, “He preserved Noah, the preacher of righteousness, and his seven family.” Noah must have preached to his family and neighbors about God’s judgment to come diligently and salvation through the ark that God had revealed. .
3. Evangelism must be accompanied by sacrificial patience.
What should we do when our evangelism does not bear fruit? You have to wait patiently and tell again. Noah must have been building the ark for 120 years and preaching judgment and salvation to come to the people of that time. Among those we evangelize, the most difficult to evangelize may be family members and relatives. The more people you know, the more difficult it can be to converge them with words. It's not in words. It would be difficult to convince those closest to us without evidence of our differentiated life-changing lives. So, it is necessary to inspire them with the distinctiveness of a steady life. Therefore, if you want to evangelize to your family, believers must sacrifice and lose while evangelizing.
We bless you in the name of the Lord that our families have the grace of salvation to enter the ark.
