Title: To the End of the Earth
To the ends of the earth (Matthew 28:18-20)
From the top of the long history of mankind, this is the last time of the end. Clockwise speaking, it is 11:59 p.m. we are living.
Let's look at some of the signs of the end times in the Bible.
First, the emergence of the Antichrist. False Christs and false prophets will arise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.
Second, it is a change in the natural world.
It was said that famines and earthquakes would occur in various places. When natural systems and ecosystems are destroyed, it is predicted that it will be the final stage of human history. Ecosystem changes caused by today's extreme weather were unthinkable before.
Third, it is predicted that the world will become a global village due to the explosion of knowledge and the development of transportation.
Keep these words, Daniel, until the time of the end, and seal this writing, for many will come and go quickly, and knowledge will increase (Dan 12:4)
They said people come and go quickly. From the Garden of Eden to the 1900s, transportation did not change. As fast as a horse, there were only ships in the sea. But how fast is it now? Also, how fast is the development of knowledge now?
Fourth, human morals will fall to the ground and love will grow cold.
Know this, that the days of suffering will come in the last days, when people will love themselves, love money, be proud, proud, slanderers, disobedient to their parents, unthankful, unholy, callous, unrepentant, accusers, unrestrained, fierce and good. 2 Timothy 3:1-5, who does not like things, betrays, sells, hasty, sleeps, loves pleasures more than the love of God, who has the form of godliness, but denies the power of godliness (2 Timothy 3:1-5)
We are living in a time when all the signs of the last days prophesied in the Bible have been revealed. We are living in a time when the people of the world first refer to this age as the last days. As the year draws to a close, we need eschatological faith.
How should we live in the last days of the world?
(1) We must leave the seat of sin. And you have to be awake, turn around and sober.
(2) We must love each other.
(3) We must carry out our mission well and prepare for that day and live. The day of the Lord's coming is near, how much work to do! You need to know what to do first and what can be done later, what is most important and what is less important.
The reason Jesus came to this earth in a human body was to save sinners. What Jesus did while on this earth was also to save mankind. That was evangelism and missionary work. When Jesus prepares a place for us, he promises to come to pick us up soon, and there is something he has asked us to do.
“Go therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you; behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the world” (Matthew 28:19-20 )"
Mission is the great command of Jesus. Mission is the great commission of Christ. The Apostle Paul said, “If I preach the gospel, I have nothing to boast about, for it is my necessity. If I do not preach the gospel, woe to me” (1 Corinthians 9:16).
If you do missionary work, you can advance the second coming of Jesus. This gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come (Matthew 21:14).
Evangelism is not an option, it is a necessity that every Christian must bear. A missionary who goes physically is important, but a missionary that supports materially through prayer is a very precious ministry.
