turn of glory
Isaiah 61:1-3
My grandson, who is in the first grade of elementary school, asked, “Grandpa, do you know what the heaviest animal in the world is?” “Well, I don’t know. I said, "It's a whale." That's it. Killer whales are said to weigh over 3 tons. “Praise makes even whales dance. read the book that trainers learned to train whales with praise. They ignore what they did wrong and immediately praise them when they do well. Trainers say that animals should not be underestimated. Animals know whether to ignore or acknowledge them. It's that the trainer recognizes the animal and develops as much as he has expectations.
As the saying goes, “Whatever you do, do it wholeheartedly, as to the Lord, and not to men” (Colossians 3:23). The trainer who turns the 3m high jump into a thrilling killer whale has 25 years of experience. He emphasizes the positive side. Focus on what you did well. Teach them not to punish, but to give them time. Transformation is a change of policy or inclination. God is the price of transformation. He transforms unsuccessful people into successful people and unhappy people into happy people.
It is a transition from ashes to a corolla.
How does God transform people? “To all who mourn in Zion, they are given wreaths in exchange for their ashes,” he said. Ashes are burnt residues. A wreath is a jokduri worn by women in the past to adorn themselves beautifully. Instead, it means replacing one thing with another. Jesus said, “Which of you is a father, who, if his son asks for a fish, will give him a snake instead of a fish, or if he asks for an egg, he will give him a scorpion?” (Luke 11:11-12). God replaces the ashes with a wreath.
“Job was sitting in the ashes, taking tiles and scraping himself, and his wife said to him, “Are you still holding on to your integrity? Curse God and die.” (Job 2:8-9) I was sitting in the middle and scratching the sores of my body, and my wife called me cursed God and told me to die. It is the most miserable and sad scene. The demon of fire swept away everything and all that was left was ashes. Job sitting on the throne means nothing. Ash is all over. It means despair and lamentation. Ash represents extreme sadness after a fire.
Job, the father of 10 children, was a righteous man recognized by God and a blessed man whom all people envy. One day he suddenly collapsed, fell ill, lost all his children, and found himself sitting on ashes. “The things that I fear have come upon me, and the things that I fear have come upon me. (Job 3:25) It was fear that caused him to sit on the ashes.
Job realized this and made a promise like this. “But he knows the way I go, and after he has tried me I will come forth as gold” (Job 23:10), the Lord said to Job in the storm. "By your waist like a captain... You shall adorn yourselves with majesty and honor, and clothe yourselves with glory and splendor" (Job 40:7,10). How aggressive and shocking it is to say to those sitting in the ashes.
Job repented and prayed. “I said things I couldn’t understand myself,” he said. “I will say, Lord, hear me; Lord, I inquire; Lord, let me know. It is said that God was pleased with Job's prayer (Job 42:3-4). From the ashes, I found out. It's about becoming a manly man and not committing crimes with your lips. It is asking and praying to the Lord.
Job, who sat on the ashes and scraped his decaying skin with a tile, was transformed into a completely different person. “The Lord blessed Job in his last year, and he blessed it more than the first. He lived this one hundred and forty years, and saw four generations, and he grew old and died at the end of his days.
Job wore a wreath instead of ashes. It's a glorious transition. How is this transition possible? The Spirit does it. “The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is upon me.” It cannot be done by force, but it becomes the Spirit of the LORD (Zechariah 4:6). May we have the same transition as Job.
It is a transition from sadness to joy.
When a person thinks of misfortune and defeat, it is like creating a path for misfortune and defeat. The more you pay attention to your depressed mood and try to solve it by squeezing your head, it only gets worse. Disappointment Thread Anxiety Worry is a dust that needs to be removed. If you leave it alone, it will grow bigger and heavier and become a burden. “Shake the dust away, O Jerusalem, rise up and sit on the throne, O captive daughter Zion, untie your neck. Please shake off the dust in question. It is not someone who does it, but I have to let go of it myself.
In this world, light and darkness are half and half. Am I going to the light? Whether you go into darkness depends on whether there is light or darkness within you. If you leave light, you will experience glorious success; if you leave darkness, you will experience disastrous failure. He secures the light and he secures the darkness.
If you lose courage and feel depressed and depressed yourself, you are destroying yourself. This attitude is hostile to prosperity and no prosperity can be expected. God said, “The oil of joy replaces the sorrow.” “You have turned my sorrow into dance; you have removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy” (Psalm 30:11).
The two had a friend whom they were very close to. We grew up in the same town and we are the same age. But the two are different. One lives with a smile every day, while the other lives with anger every day. A person who smiles lives by setting a day to smile every day. Sunday is the day you wake up and laugh. Monday is a day of laughter. Tuesday is a day to smile brightly. Wednesday is a day to smile modestly. Thursday is a day to bathe and laugh. Friday is a day to laugh quickly. Saturday is a day to run and laugh like a rabbit.
For those who live with a set day to get angry every day, Sunday is the day when they wake up and start getting angry. Monday is a day of extreme anger, Tuesday is a day of intense anger, Wednesday is a day of anger and anger, and Thursday is a day of raising one's voice. Friday is a day to get angry right away, and Saturday is a day to get upset and angry. Even though we live the same days, life is so different. “...you are my life, my life! We are chosen. We are God's chosen children. I hope that you will live with a smile every day with joy.
Worry or sadness, if you take care of it, it will grow. Depending on what you sow and care for, you will reap what you sow. Difficulties disappear in front of always cheerful people. Grief worries weaken the soul. Joy is joy, and joy is the fruit of the Spirit.
My heart is not what I want it to be. I can't do it in my own strength. Who will you entrust me with? Entrust your life to the one who gives you joy. “Even if your hearts are full of sorrow, the Lord will rejoice...” At the wedding feast of Canaan, Jesus told them to draw water from the jars and pour them into wine. He turned water into wine. The Holy Spirit is the power of transformation. He turns sorrow into joy. May there be a glorious transition into sunshine-like joy.
It is the conversion of sorrow into hymns.
There is an English proverb that says, “Anxiety has no cure”. The most difficult thing in this world to get out of is the web of anxiety. A sorrow of the soul dries up the bones (Proverbs 18:7). Seneca said, “A light sorrow speaks many words, and a heavy sorrow speaks little.” There is no one who is not without worries, whether it is a small worry or a big one. “Replacing the sorrow with a garment of praise” God turns sorrow into praise.
Jack Welch, considered one of the greatest managers in the world, is said to have stuttered as a child. So my friends made fun of me. But his mother said, "You are stuttering because your thoughts are faster than others, and your mouth cannot keep up." A mother turned her stuttering son into a global CEO. How could you have become a CEO if you let your weaknesses worry?
“Do not let your hearts be troubled, because you believe in God, and also believe in me. (John 14:1) To change from sorrow to praise, you must believe in God. You shouldn't worry about anything. We should say with thanksgiving what we ask for through prayer and supplication.
It was his father who raised Tiger Woods, who is called the king of golf. His father was like a friend and a teacher. My father started both as soon as Woods was born. The first was playing music to my young son. Another is to tell a story to a young baby who is about to be born. “Dad is proud of you.” You said you would be a great golfer. From an early age, Woods grew up feeling that he was loved. We got on the stroller and had a tour of the golf course. I gave the little boy a little golf club. The father taught his son to play golf from an early age, and he tried to develop good habits rather than just being a good golfer. First of all, if I didn't do the homework given by school, I was not allowed to exercise, and I made myself love golf. Tiger Woods grew up listening to music and talking about golf from an early age.
In Switzerland, singing and milking shepherds are paid more, because the cows produce more milk when they hear the song. When I sing, I celebrate myself. People who have developed the habit of enjoying life listen to good music, appreciate beautiful art, and read books that nourish the soul.
A study found that yawning can help you focus. When you yawn, you open your mouth wide, and it sends cool air to your brain to wake you up. As the temperature in the brain rises, it yawns, which sends cold blood to the brain. There are many good things about opening your mouth. It's also good for your teeth. It is also good to open your mouth spiritually. “Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it” (Psalm 81:10). It is also good spiritually. Please open your mouth to pray and open your mouth wide for hymns to overcome your worries.
Vitality is the source of activity. It's about making the job or behavior you want to happen. Vitality can be expressed as knowledge, education or shouting. The Holy Spirit is the energizer. The convert of glory is the Holy Spirit.
Jesus received the words of Isaiah as prophetic words for Himself.
“The Holy Spirit of the Lord has come upon me, and he has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor, and has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and restoration of sight to the blind, to set the oppressed free, and to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor. that he might do it” (Luke 4:18-19).
Jesus is the master of conversion. The big house has different eyes. If you wear infrared glasses, you can see people's movements even at night. The Holy Spirit is like infrared radiation that exists but is invisible. It looks inside us and transforms us. I hope that you will become saints who glorify God by experiencing the work of the Holy Spirit, who transforms you from ashes to a wreath, from sadness to joy, and replacing your worries and worries with clothes of praise.
